Desilting of Drain no. 12 including Maintenance for a period of 24 Months.

Earth work in excavation in foul condition by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth/ material to be taken away by agency for environmental safe disposal with all lead and lift, nothing extra will be paid on this account by the department (royalty @ Rs.69.69/- per cum will be deducted from the bill w.r.t. excavated material to be taken away by the agency)

Monthly maintenance of the drain from bahadurshah zafar marg to outfall and open portion u/s of bahadurshah zafar marg including culverts under bahadurshah zafar marg to keep it clear throughout the month by removing floating material,obstructions,MSW,vegetation,bushes,hycinath etc from water way and banks of drain,Including disposing off of garbage,MSW etc from drain with help of JCB & Tractor attached with trolley(Hiring of JCB & Tractor attached with trolley will be paid separately).at nearest MCD/NDMC Dhalav / Collection Point.

Desilting and taking out debris / silt rubbish etc. from drain, which is heavily surcharged, by mechanical devices such as super sucker machine/ mechanical devices including safe disposal of silt at dumping ground and thereafter 100 % CCTV survey of the drain with pan and lift rotated camera & recording and submission of three sets of CD or cassettes as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Sealing of leakage in joints of all the drains with admixture of cement and other suitable chemical, installation of one number 20 HP of pumping set for smooth flow of water in drains to avoid flooding in the area. Supply of all material, labour, tool and plants, temporary power connection with stand by generator set of adequate capacity including arrangement of gas detector, forced air ventilator etc. and provision of safety equipment as per guidelines laid with IS 11792 (1987) international standard traffic control arrangement and proper lighting at night, barricading, display of sign board, insurance of workmen and cleaning of silt, removal of all hindrance / obstructions, unforeseen items, permission from other department ( department will only assist in getting the permission etc.) complete all inclusive and nothing extra to be paid except the quoted rate.

Hiring of 3D hydraulic excavator(JCB Machine) including operation charges like fuels, operator, helper etc. and cost of mobilization of machines to sight, on hourly basis for removing of/ garbage rubbish grass and floating material etc. as per the direction of engineer-in-charge.

Hiring of tractor trolley including operation charges like fuels, operator, helper etc. and cost of mobilization of machines to sight, on Daily basis for Carriage of garbage rubbish grass and floating material etc. as per the direction of engineer-in-charge.

Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface complete.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Masonry work with C&D recycled cement concrete brick of size 230mmx110mm x75mm of grade M-10 in super structure above plinth level upto Level II with cement motar 1:6( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

12 mm cement plaster of mix - 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric of size 75 x25 mm mesh or other suitable size wire mesh to be fixed with frames angles & flats including the cost of materials, labour, tool & plants as approved by Engineer-in-charge.
