Required1. Registration - The bidder must be a registered contractor with the concerned Government Department or any competent authority.

RequiredExperience- The contractor should have experience in executing similar works in Government or reputed organizations.

RequiredFinancial Capacity-The bidder must have sufficient financial capability to execute the work and may be required to submit bank statements or turnover certificates. The bidder shall have minimum average annual turnover of ₹1.50 Crores during the last three financial years.

RequiredStatutory Registrations The Bidder/Contractor must possess valid registrations such as: 1. Goods and Services Tax (GST Registration) 2.Permanent Account Number (PAN Card) 3. Any other licenses required for the work.

RequiredEarnest Money Deposit (EMD): The bidder must submit the required EMD amount along with the tender documents

RequiredNon-Blacklisting Certificate - The contractor must declare that they are not blacklisted by any Government Department or Agency.

RequiredAgreement to Tender Conditions The bidder must sign the tender documents and accept all terms and conditions mentioned in the tender notice.

RequiredThe bidder must have prior experience in supplying bamboo materials to Government Departments, Institutions, or Public Sector Organizations. The bidder should have completed at least two similar supply works and must submit relevant work/supply orders or completion certificates indicating nature of work, quantity, and period of supply. Bidders without valid supporting documents will be rejected.
