Engaging 2 labour for 1 day for site clearance be paid as per actual.

Earthwork in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundation ,drains, pipes,cables etc(not exceeding 1.5 mt in width)and for shafts ,wells cesspits and the like not exceeding 10sqm on plan depth up to 1.5mt including disposal of excavated earth up to 1 mt from cutting edge disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in all kind of soils.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All works upto plinth level in 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand :10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) Crushed (including all lead, lift & carriages)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All works upto plinth level in1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) Crushed (including all lead, lift & carriages)

Dumping/filling of stone including cost of stone in horizontalon level .

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non-modular) bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 coarse sand) & extra for brick work in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level. (by manual means) (including all lead, lift & carriages)

Centring and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand) (including all lead, lift & carriages)

12 mm Cement plaster of mix:1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand) (including all lead, lift & carriages)

Providing and Laying DPC 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) Crushed (including all lead, lift & carriages)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade New work (two or more coats) applied @3.84 kg/10sqm

Steel work welded in built up section / Framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structure steel etc. as required. in grating, frame, guard bars, ladders, railing, brackets, gates & similar works.

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade New steel work (two or more coats
