Demolition of brickwork masonry built in lime or cement mortar including all quiens arches pillars etc but including concrete articles.

Demolition of cement concrete not exc. 15 cm thicknes above or below ground level.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, chequred tiles interlocking paver block aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing demolished material exc 50 mtr and n. exc 100 mtr and deposited where directed rubbish materials all as specifed and directed.

M & L brick work with flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by EIC

M&L rendering 10mm thick on brick wall or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick Plain Cement concrete type B- 2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base.

M&L Broken Brick bats Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed By Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete

M & L for rubbermolded chequred tiles 300 x 300 x 25 mm thick with grey cement and pigment over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rubbermolded precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and no pigment over & including 40mm thick sand cusinon & joint filled with sand complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing, cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses copings including necessary form work all as specified and as directed

Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep as in soft/loose soil.

Returning filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layer n. exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point of soils all as specifed and directed.

M&L for RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete as per directed.

Excavation in post holes(or similar holes) in loose/ soft soil each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exeeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete.

M & L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete including sub base of floors complete.

M&L for Mild steel work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 in nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc, wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts & struts in fencing including cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc complete.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over as reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over cut to lengh bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia as in stirrups.

M & L Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams;and similar work;vertical or to batter complete.

M&L Formwork to sides of pillars,posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions all as specified and directed

Supply only mild steel work as in ties, straps etc.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rail, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete.

Supply only chain link mild steel galvanized fencing, any type or size complete.

S&F for framed work such gates, guard bards including pintle hinge , bush stops, hand made sliding bolt etc with ends of bar should and /or reveted or forged into spikes, confirming to Fe 290 grade E-165 as specified and directed

M & L two coat of syntetic enamel paint over new steel surface of any description over 10cm in width or grith not otherwise described over one coat red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces complete.
