Cleaning of the dirty carpet inside the auditorium by following steps, first suck the dirt & dust from the carpet using Vacuum cleaner then wash the carpet by shampoo water & gently wash the spot etc & finally gently dry the carpet by drier.
Cleaning of the long curtain through dry wash including removing it from the position and after cleaning the curtain shall be fitted in proper position including scaffolding propping etc.
Cleaning of the dirty Chair inside the auditorium by following steps, first suck the dirt & dust from the carpet using Vacuum cleaner secondly wash the Chair by shampoo water & gently wash the spot etc & finally gently dry the Chair by drier.
Renewing, oiling with cleaning metal area of the existing chairs two times in a year including labour and material as per the directions of EIC
Firmly or tightly fix with secure the position of the damage chair with necessary fastner or if necessary by concreting after inspection by the EIC and agency including labour and material excluding concreting.
Supply, fitting & fixing, hydrolic spring with necessary assemly as necesity for the damage chair after inspection by the EIC and agency including labour & material.
Supply, fitting & fixing, nut & bolts , washers of different size as necesity for the damage chair after inspection by the EIC and agency including labour & material.
Supply, fitting & fixing, handle of the chair with necessary assemly as necesity for the damage chair after inspection by the EIC and agency including labour & material. (This item will be applicable when replacement is necessary of the handle).
Supply, fitting & fixing decorative curtain with all accessorries in proper position.
Chair Maintenance Specification –Premium quality White colour cotton jacket cover for backrest of existing chairs @ 300 long as per direction of EIC.
Add GST @ 18% on Total amount over item No. 1 to 10
Add Labour Welfare Cess @ 1% on Total amount over item No. 1 to 11
