Repair schedule maintenance of 5HPx0.75 cusec and 8HPx1.2 cusec diesel driven dewatering pump sets at ware house DW station, Jammu

A) Repair to 5 Nos. 5HP/0.75 cusec diesel engine driven dewatering Pump sets(engine no 1, 2, 3, 4 & 8 ) by way of decoupling pump from engine, dismantling the engine parts like head, valves, rocker assemblies, fuel pumps etc. Removing/cleaning of carbon deposits with recommended chemicals. Repairs by way of replacement of ring sets, head gasket, inlet and exhaust valves & guides and grinding them upto optimum finished level as per requirement. Adjustment to rocker and tappet assembly. Job also includes complete repairs and calibration of fuel pump by dismantling and then P/f of injector nozzles, plungers, springs, delivery valve, lock sets etc. then calibrating the pump on calibration bench. P/f of fuel filter, air filter, fuel pipes with banjo bolts. Draining of existing contaminated M-oil, cleaning the oil sump and then P/Filling of 3.5 ltr M-Oil for each engine. Idle testing the engine. Job further includes repairs to 04 nos 0.75 Cusec Pump units( 1, 2, 4 & 8 ) by way of complete dismantling of pump by extracting the shaft, bearings, and impeller. P/F of bush by way of grinding and finishing upto proper size. Reassembling the pump by P/F of new gasket, nuts bolts, gland packing & greasing the bearing properly. Refitting the repaired pumps and coupling it with engine by p/f of new flexible coupling along with nuts & bolts. Complete Job includes cost of material, labour & fitment charges at ware house D/W station Jammu. Inclusive of all taxes. B) Repair to 04 nos 8HP Engines of Diesel driven Dewatering Pump sets (10, 13, 14 & 17) by way of dismantling engine at work shop and extracting out parts like head, Piston-liner assembly, valves, rocker assemblies, fuel pumps etc. Removing/cleaning of carbon deposits with recommended chemicals. Repair to head by way of replacement of ring sets, head gasket, inlet and exhaust valves & guides and grinding them. Adjustment to rocker assembly and tappets. Job also includes complete repairs and calibration of fuel pump by dismantling and then P/f of injector nozzles, plungers, springs, delivery valve, lock sets etc. then calibrating the fuel pump on calibration bench and fitting with engine. P/f of fuel filter, air filter, fuel pipes with banjo bolts. Providing and filling of fresh M.oil after draining out the old contaminated M.oil and cleaning of oil sump. Testing the engine idle. Complete job include cost of material, labour and fuel charges for idle running of engine at ware house D/W station. Job further includes repair to 02 nos 1.2 Cusec Pump unit of 8HP Diesel driven dewatering Pumps (13, 14 & 17 ) by way of decoupling it from the engine and then complete dismantling of pump by extracting the shaft, bearings, and impeller. P/F of bearings-2nos. Fabrication & P/F of gland bush-1no., gland packet-1set, cottors-2nos. Reassembling the pumps by P/F of new gasket, nuts bolts, gland packing & greasing the bearing properly. Refitting the repaired pump and coupling it with engine by p/f of new flexible coupling along with nuts & bolts. Complete Job includes cost of material, labour & carriage charges. Inclusive of all taxes.
