The bidder shall furnish all the type test reports for the tendered materials not older than 05 years (Five) years as on the date of bid opening for having conducted successful type test at CPRI/ERDA NABL accredited Laboratory for the same type, rating of equipment / materials as specified in the bid as per relevant IS/IEC standards for all the type tests stipulated in technical specifications of bid documents.Note:KPTCL may conduct Tests as per relevant standards at its cost on a random sample of Tendered material specified in the present enquiry at any point of time during the contract at NABL accredited Laboratory. However the successful bidder shall have to bear the transportation cost. The bidder shall have to give an undertaking to this effect.

KPTCL may conduct type tests as per relevant standards at its cost on a random sample of Tendered material /equipment specified in the present enquiry at any point of time during the contract at CPRI/ERDA Laboratory. However, the successful bidder shall have to bear the transportation cost. The bidder shall have to give an undertaking to this effect. Otherwise, the bid is liable to be rejected. This clause is not applicable if the bidder submits/uploads the type test certificates not older than 10 years as on the date of bid opening for having conducted successful type tests at CPRI/ERDA test house as per relevant IS/ISC standards.

GTP/Drawings to be provided for the tendered materials
The Bidder shall be a manufacturer and should have a minimum experience of 5years prior to this notification in designing, manufacturing, testing of equipments/materials as specified in the tender. (Bidders must furnish the supporting Documents). (The firm shall enclose P.O. Copies issued by State/Central owned Transmission /Generation Utilities).
The bidder should have manufactured at least 80% of the quantity of Tendered material/equipment. (Bidders have to furnish the supporting Documents such as P.O) and they should be in successful operation for at least two years as on the date of bid opening. Further, the Bidder shall furnish the Performance Certificates for at least 30% of the tendered materials and the performance certificates should have been issued by the State/Central owned Electricity utilities / Generating utilities only, and issuing officer shall not be below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent division head. The performance certificate shall be indicating the capacity, make, name of the sub-Division where it is installed, date of commissioning etc., in order to show that tendered materials/equipments of this bid were in successful operation for at least TWO years as on the date of bid opening.
If part or full price sheets or prices are exposed in the Techno-Commercial Sheets or Techno-Commercial Bid of the Bidder then, the offer of the Bidder will be rejected.
The Tenderer should have Goods and Service Tax (GST) registration and PAN No issued by the Board of Direct Taxes under the Income Tax Act, 1961. The same shall upload the necessary supporting document to establish compliance for having GST registration.
In support, Companys Certificate of Incorporation/ Memorandum of Association/ Article of Association of the company in case of Registered Companies under companies act/ Partnership deed in case of Partnership Firm, Registration Certificate of establishment, GoK.
The offer of the Tenderer taking deviations in following clauses will be summarily rejected. Validity of offer, Earnest Money Deposit/ Bid Security, Performance Security/Contract Performance Guarantee,Payment terms. Guarantee/Warrantee,Liquidated Damages/Penalty for delay in supplies,Stipulated Delivery Schedule, Price Basis,Type Tests, Change in offered quantity against tendered quantity.
Power of Attorney in favour of all the persons signing the documents on Rs.500/- stamp paper.(Power of Attorney in favour of all the persons signing the documents and a certified copy by the Company Secretary/Authorized Signatory for power of attorney holder shall be attached as evidence for authentication.
Any Tenderer/ Bidder from a country which shares a land with India will be eligible to bid in this tender only if the Tenderer is registered with the Competent Authority. A certificate for having read the clauses specified in Section XVI of the tender documents under the heading Eligibility clauses in respect of restrictions on procurement from a Tenderer/ Bidder of a country which shares a land border with India shall be uploaded by the Tenderer/ Bidder in the following format i)I have read the clause regarding restrictions on procurement from a Tenderer/Bidder of a country which shares a land border with India, I certify that this Tenderer/Bidder is not from such a country or, if from such a country, has been registered with the Competent Authority. I hereby certify that this Tenderer/ Bidder, fulfills all requirements in this regard and is eligible to be considered. Where applicable, evidence of valid registration by the Competent Authority shall be attached/uploaded.ii) I have read the clause regarding restrictions on procurement from a Tenderer/vendor having Transfer of Technology (ToT) arrangement. I certify that this Tenderer/vendor does not have any ToT arrangement requiring registration with the competent authority OR I have read the clause regarding restrictions on procurement from a Tenderer/Bidder/ vendor having Transfer of Technology (ToT) arrangement. I certify that this Tenderer/ Bidder/ vendor has valid registration to participate in this procurement. Self declaration in the prescribed format shall be uploaded.
Financial Capability corresponding to bidders highest Annual Turnover of the best 1 year during preceding 3 years shall not be less than Rs. 41,65,838/-. Rs.(1.5 X Estimate Cost)/(Completion period in years).In support, the bidder shall upload audited annual Turnover statements & Profit & Loss statement, Balance sheet for preceding 5 years duly certified by a Chartered Accountant with UDIN to be uploaded.
The liquid assets & availability of credit facilities of no less than 30% of the requirement(Credit lines/letter of credit/certificated from banks for meeting the funds requirements etc.,(usually the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for 03 months in peak construction period). The Bidder should furnish Liquid Assets and/or availability of Credit facilities of not less than Rs. 8,33,168/- as per the annexure as on the month of August-2026 as per the annexure.
