Demolition of PCC block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L precast cement concrete block masonry exc 10 cm width with solid block PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and setting in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified

M&L precast cement concrete block masonry exc 10 cm width with old solid block PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) except blocks or slabs and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note : Old solid blocks retrieved from Sl item No 1.00 above shall be re-used.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilate demoliton) of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for design mix RCC M-30 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc., basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for design mix RCC M-30 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like, any thickness, above top of footings, including attached pilaster and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance exceeding 50 metres but not exc 250 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., and removal of debris to outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on fair face of brick walls or concrete surface including mixing of liquid water proofing compound @ 200ml per 50 Kg cement bag, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for complete removal of old decorated surfaces of walls and cornices and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work and structural steel work of any description ot otherwise provided for complete

S&F for mild steel rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates etc., conforming to Fe-410-W (Grade E-250) Quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979, Grade St-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) Quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Grade E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel angle iron posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of first quality over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

M&L for preparation of old steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted zinc coated aluminum sheet (Galvalume) GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES: The self tapping screw shall be of adequate length to drive into complete thickness of purlin/rafter etc., and shall be fixed using neoprene and EPDM washers. Penetration and laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile. HDPE fillers shall be provided wherever required to close voids between sheets, sheet & fasteners etc., as per SSR Part-I 2009 complete.

S&F pre-painted zinc coated aluminum sheet (Galvalume) GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall/valley gutters, fixed with self tapping screws including scaffolding for a height upto 12.0 metres complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES: The self tapping screw shall be of adequate length to drive into complete thickness of purlin/rafter etc., and shall be fixed using neoprene and EPDM washers. Penetration and laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile. HDPE fillers shall be provided wherever required to close voids between sheets, sheet & fasteners etc., as per SSR Part-I 2009 complete.

S&F aluminum flat wind ties of any size and thickness fixed with self tapping screws for fixing roofing sheets complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES: The self tapping screw shall be of adequate length to drive into complete thickness of purlin/rafter etc., and shall be fixed using neoprene and EPDM washers.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thcikness (below or above ground level ) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface of broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub basecomplete all as specified and directed

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30cm X 30cm X 25mm thick with grey cement and pigments set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile as in floor over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

S&F 8mm thick fibre cement plank (3.00 x 0.15m) of any colour fixed in position with suitable screws / fasteners as per manufactures instructions on aluminium / mild steel work in wall cladding including applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint on fibre planks complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES: Aluminium / Mild steel work shall be measured and paid seperately. Make: Sheera of M/s Mahaphant Fibre cement (South Asia) Pvt Ltd or its equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete louvers and jallies, 25mm thick set in cement mortar 1:4 type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Pre cast frame shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

M&L for heavy duty designer vitrfied tiles of size 300x300x9mm thick of any colour and design Durastone, weather proof impact resistance, abrasion resistant exterior tile, as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and pointed in white or colour cement to match, over 15mm thick sreen bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.
