Special repair to PWD road to Machia for the year 2025-2026.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification by manual means.

Providing , laying,spreading & compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing ,rolling with 3 wheeled roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade & camber etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & applying Primer Coat with Btumen Emulsion on prepared Surface of Granular Base including clearing of road surface & applying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg/Sqm using Mechanical means .

Providing and apppying tack coat with bitumen Emulsion using emulsion pressure distributer at the rate of 0.20kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per MoRTH specification

Providing & laying semidense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading,premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade bitumen transporting to the hot to the work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, lavel & alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory & tandem rollers,to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for road & bridge works

Providing , Laying & spreading moorum on road flanks including cost, conveyance and royality etc.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of roads sign board as per approve drawing including cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials, labour, T & P etc. providing and fixing of retroreflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC: 67-2010 made of A.C.P. (Aluminium composite panel) used for sign boards with a thermoplastic core of low density polyethylene (LDPE) between two thick sheets of aluminium with over all thickness of 4mm and aluminum thickness of 0.5mm on both sides as per requirement in table 6.1 of IRC-67/2010 and as per technical specifically of clause 801.3 supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 40cm x 40cm x 60cm. 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing including excavation, curring etc. complete under the supervision of Engineer-in-charge.(90 cm equilateral triangle
