Dismantling the old installation with company's own tools and tackles and take away scrap materials from site and deposit the necessary materials in store of site as per instruction of EIC.

S & F Lightning conductor Air-terminals made of 15 mm dia 1500 mm long GI pipe (ISI Medium) having five prongs of 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire at top with 85 mm dia 6 mm thick GI base plate at bottom incl. necessary holes etc. duly grouted on the parapet etc. in CC mortar (4:2:1). Vide pg no. J-1 item no. 1

Supply & fixing GI (Hot Dip) strips 20 mm x 3 mm thick for horizontal run on the Parapet/Roof/ Wall with GI Saddles 1100 mm apart incl. mending good the damages to building works. Vide pg no. J-1 item no. 9

Supply & fixing of GI (Hot Dip) strips 20 mm x 3 mm thick for vertical run on wall with GI saddles spaced not exceeding 1000 mm apart incl. mending good damages to building work. Vide pg no. J-1 item no. 11(a)

Making soldered joints between conductors, conductors and air terminals for GI (Hot Dip) strips 20 mm x 3 mm thick incl. supply of jointing materials and painting with 2 (two) coats of bituminous paint,

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below(ISI-M) . Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe. Vide pg no. G-2 item no. 3(a)

It is stated that the above work place is existing COVID Hospital, In case of any mishap or accidental to any staff that deputed by the agency the whole responsibility is to be borne by the concern agency. 2. The Agency shall be responsible for provisioning of all COVID safety measures including regular sanitiziation of work places, vaccination of employees and compliance of stated directive and COVID appropriate norms. 3. All the issues related to the safety of the staffs should be taken care by the agency itself. (Defect Libilities period for 01 year from the date of completion of work) (Rate should be quotated including all taxes and duties)
