COMPREHENSIVE MAINT OF BLDG AND PERIODICAL SERVICES AT NAVY CHILDREN SCHOOL NSB-1,NARAINA BAGH AND PALAM BAUG UNDER GE NEW DELHI

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantlling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles from site and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic Light Shade tiles 10 mm thick (square /rectangular) area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement laid over 15 mm thick Screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

All as per item No 05.00 above but in skirting over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured digital tiles in vertical surfaces 600x300x7mm / 450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement over 10 mm thick backing layer of cement mortar 1:4 on wall colour and pattern as decided by engr in charge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid joint less coloured ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick (Square/ Rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 Sqm not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Renewing tiles in patches, area n exc. 5.00 sq. m including removing, cleaning old tiles, preparing beds and laying or setting, jointing and pointing new or old tiles of glazed /non skid ceramic tiles white /coloured as per the existing tiles and size as suitable/matching with the existing tiles in dados/ floors/ wall including necessary cement work/white cement painting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for petty repairs to plaster, floor, plinth etc and like by PCC 1:2:4 Type B0 and plaster 15 mm thickness using ready mix plaster ( Ultratech/ READIPLAST RP) including bonding coat as per manufacturers instruction as in ceilings/walls etc incl preparing roughening and cleaning the surface and taking down old plaster, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement in patches area n exc. 0.50 Sqm each patch and removal of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.
