Supply, Installation, Commissioning, of 04 TPD capacity waste disposal plant using Plasma magnetic operating temperature 1100º C to 2000º C (during treatment and disposal) at the Project Site and in conformity with the Specifications and Standards as per the MSW rules 2016, applicable norms of MPCB, CPCB. The construction includes the civil works along with development of all support infrastructure, electromechanical, instrumentation and such other activities that are required to be carried out in safe operations product as directed by Engineer-in Charge. As per following specifications including 18 month operation and maintenance after 6 month trial run. Platform and Ladder, PLC Automation Mechanism, Furnace, Core Parts, Furnace Exhaust, Water Jacket, Heat Exchanger, First Twin Cyclone, Second Twin Cyclone, Venturi Concept – Scrubbers, Wet Scrubber and Dust collector, Three Stage Activated Carbon Filter, Exhaust ID Fan, Chimney, Maintenance Platform, Ash Tray, cooling tower, Alkaline dosing, Cyclone Bin, Sediment Tank, Conveyor, Conveyor Feeding Chute.
3 year operation and maintenance of Hazardous waste treatment plant of 4 Tons per Day capacity at two locations in PCMC limits by providing requisite qualified manpower Including all types of repairing, handling, consumables, all types of transportation, testing, incidental charges, electricity& water connection, manpower at site for operation and security. Including all types of taxes and expenses during the period of O&M as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc. complete.
