Earth work in excavation in foundation in ordinary soil ( loamy clay or sand ) i/c. lift upto 1.5 metre and lead upto 30 metre and i/c. back filling,watering and ramming of excavated earth into trenches and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer-in-charge with cost of labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of work.

Providing & laying of Cement Concrete in 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 coarse sand:6 stone grit 20-40 mm.size) including cost all materials ,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion 27of work.

R.C.C. M-20 Grade (1 Cement:1 .5 Coarse sand:3 Grit 12-20 mm.size) i/c. cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. but excluding cost of reinforcement required for proper completion of work.

Providing & fixing Centering & Shuttering for C.C. Work i/c. rent of shuttering material ,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Steel Reinforcement for R.C.C. Work i/c. it's straightening, cutting, bending, binding, cutting and placing in position and cost of binding wire with cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Painting of MS Jali i/c all taxes, fabrication, painting, labour, material, T&P etc. complete (per sqm).

12.50mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 cement mortar i/c all cost of labour, material and T&P .

Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth paint two coat of approved make of required shade on old surface by engineer-in-charge to give even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered material including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. for proper complition of work .

Providing wall putty on new surface with approved quality material Berger/ J.K. / Birla or similar make two coats.

Finishing walls with weather coat by premium Acrylic exterior paint applied @ 1.67ltr/10sqm. (Asian or Berger brand) of approved make and quality on wall with two or more coat to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered material including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. for proper complition of work .
