Dismantling the existing Brick in compound wall for fixing the MS angle and clearing the debris away from the site including cost of all labour, lead lift, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Supplying and fixing the structural steel for compound wall with M.S. Angles 50 x 50 x 6mm for Vertical support along with 45 degree as required at top with 2 Nos. at 1.70 m height as per standard specification and drawings, including cost of hinges, all materials, lead, lift, labour, Fabricating, fixing in position, scaffolding charge, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Providing Cement Concrete 1 : 3 : 6 using 20 mm HBG metal for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification, including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, etc., complete as directed by the Engineers at site.

Supplying, fixing and tensioning of Barbed Wire - 12 Gauge - Two ply and four pronged (Galvanised) spacing of Barb in 100 to 150 mm having 7 rows with angle post by means of G.I. U Pins or with 12 Gauge G.I. Binding wires with approved quality including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site and jointing properly.

Providing Special Plastering with C.M. 1:3, 12 mm thick for RCC column sides, sunshade, loft, and all concrete surface including the cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, T&P, scaffolding charge, etc., complete as directed by the Engineers at site.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineers at site.
