Boring /excavation including pit making at entry & exit point to the precise dimensions for the Launch of the specialized Auger boring machine in normal soil condition but not in Rock/Bolders/ any underground utility like foundation, water supply line coming in alignment or other underground obstructions under various location complete in all respect including caution sign boards, signals, watching fencing, site clearance etc. under near Km 158/0-1 near village Satnali i) For M.S. Pipe 350 mm i/d 5 mm thick casing pipe.

Providing & insertion of 350 mm i/d M.S. Casing pipe 7 to 14mm thick (Fe-330 grade) fabricated as per IS: 3589 of 1991 from steel plates conforming to IS 2062 of following sizes including cutting, beveling, grinding & radio graphically welding of pipes as per IS-1182 complete in all respect and also coating of inner & outer surface of casing pipe with high built epoxy paint to R.D.S.O. as per specification No. M&C/PCN.III/88 to a dry film thickness of 250 micron for protection against corrosion complete in all respect under Railway track including cartage of material to site of work and testing as per DNIT i) For 350mm i/d M.S. casing pipe 5 mm thick.

Providing & Insertion of water supply pipeline 200 i/d M.S. pipe (Fe-330 grade) fabricated as per IS:3589 of 1991, from steel plates conforming to IS:2062, 10 mm thick by providing Roller arrangement for smooth insertion & anchoring of pipe through out the length with HDPE spacers at a distance of 2 meters apart to avoid contract of carrier pipe including cutting, jointing, radio graphically welding as per IS:1182 Hydraulic testing complete in all respect and also with cement mortar lining 12.5mm thick on inner surface including cartage of material to site of work under Railway Track. i) M.S. 200 mm i/d 5 mm thick

Providing and fixing H.D.P.E. spacer at a distance of 2 meters apart to avoid contract of casing pipe and carrier pipe for 150mm to 350 mm i/d M.S. pipe under Railway Track complete in all respect.

Providing concrete block 1:1-1/2:3 on both ends to plug the annular space between casing and carrier pipe for 350 mm i/d casing pipe 200 mm i/d complete in all respect

Provision for probe radar survey to check any underground obstruction before finalizing the alignment.
