Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 25mm thk PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in subbase of floors & finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Non-skid Ceramic tiles (Joint less) 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450mmx350mmx7mm thick (Joint less) on vertical surface such as skirting, dados, risers to steps etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F vitrified ceramic tiles light shade /double charged/ultra charged as directed, 10mm thick (square /rectangular), coloured, polished, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding .36 sqm ( actual size of tile shall be 600x 600x8mm thick), in floors etc. set with and incl provison of suitable chemical adhesive of 3mm thickness (usage of adhesive shall not be less than 3 Kg/ sqm ) and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles & floor tiling incl chemical complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring/ hard standing path & finishing the surface even & fair without using extra cement all as specified & directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick, M-35 grade, machine pressed precast concrete inter locking paver block using grey cement and pigment of any shape & size confirming to IS 15658-2006 laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L plain cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates etc complete all as directed and specified.

Dismantling structure steel works including door gates but excluding framed trusses etc complete all as specified & directed.

S&F rolled mild steel joist, channel, angle or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) conform to Fe 410 -W (GdeE- 250) quality A complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F, rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250 quality-A) with gusset plates, rails braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering door etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door, fittings and hanging, also fastering and fixing complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern in roof covering complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

S&F of powder coated aluminum sliding window comprising of sliding runner of three way (track), consisting of two sliding shutter duly fitted with 5.0 mm thick galss and one shutter duly fitted with stainless steel wire cloth of 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire & average width of aperature 1.4 mm with and incl necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc and down push type locking arrangement in glass shutter, incl necessary fixing arrangement i.e. rawl plug etc, complete all as directed. M&L for applying primer coat with two coats of acrylic based polymer modifed cementitious elastmeic flexible composite coating system, Make CICO TAPECRETE-P 151 and equivalent in fosroc/bostic/pidilite mixed with neat fresh cement in the ratio 1:1 by weight complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for applying polyurethane based tar extended seamless elastomeric protective system conforming to ASTM C-836-03 and ATSM C-898-09 ideally suited for water proofing of roof walls and foundation. Make : CICO CORCHEM 2061/fosroc/ bostice/ pidilite and equivalent and the following the single component solvent based polyurethane compound CORCHEM 2P and equivalent as a primer before application complete all as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

M&L rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 finished fair and even with WPC @ 3% by wt of cement complete all as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note :- WPC will be measured & paid seperately as supply only).

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
