Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out hard/dense soil all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) any type (hard/dense soil/ hard rock) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard/dense soil all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 100 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge not exceeding 20mm & dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared rubble walling Jodhpur type brought up to courses complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs water through and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including use of form work (straigth or curved) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick, in cement mortar (1:6) on stone masonry wall surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work or one side of lathing and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick, in cement mortar (1:4) on stone masonry wall surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work or one side of lathing and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 600mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP-2 (ISI marked) laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves complete all as specified & directed directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring/ hard standing path & finishing the surface even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L virified ceramic tiles light shade, 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bedding in CM 1:6 complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting, grinding and polishing over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
