Providing and applying tack coat with low viscosity bitumen of VG 10 grade using bitumen pressure sprayer on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom and as per relevant clauses of section-503 of specifications. (i) @ 0.25 kg per sqm (normal bituminous surfaces)

Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 505 of specification complete in all respects. Using Batch Mix Plnt of appropriate capacity and Paver finisher Hydraustatic with Sensor. (ii) for GradingII(19 mm nominal size)

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut-back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades all complete as per clause 510 of specification. (i) Case - I: Mechanical method using Penetration grade Bitumen and HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 75 tonnes/hour

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A and B seal coats all complete as per clause 511 of specification. (ii) Case - II : Type B (Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat with HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 75 tonnes/ hours using crushed stone chipping (aggregate shall pass 2.36mm seal and retained to 180 micron sieve) and penetration bitumen of suitable grade all complete as per clause 511 of specification.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. all kind of soils. part a:-item no1=21.18 m3 +part b-2:- item no4= 3.00 m3. = 24.18 m3.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, ifnishing and reinforcement- All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Carriage of earth by Mechanical means including loading/ unloading & stacking properly if required as per instructions of Engineer in charge. 1 KM lead earth, Building rubbish etc.

Providing U-PVC pipes (working pressure 4 kg / cm²) 75 mm dia as weep hole in RCC Culvert walls @ 600 mm c/c in one row as per the instructions of Engineer in Charge.

Road marking with hot applied thermoplastic compound with reflectorizing glass beads on bituminous surface providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorizing glass beads @250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 the finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes complete.

P & F plastic speed breakers made of ABS plasic of size 250mmx350mmx50mm. The precoloured material(black/yellow) studed with reflector on either side so they are clearly visible to the motorist during night hours.

Providing & Fixing Aluminium road stud with acrylic or glass neads reflector fabricated using high quality components and preciesly manufactured for delivering excellent performances.
