Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by any State Government / Government of India /Union Territory

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of KPP portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Conditional tender will not be Considered

The successful bidder has to make his own arrangements for procurement of all materials required for the work. There is no departmental supply of materials contractor should procure only. ISI mark materials and obtained necessary quality control certificates from the authorized quality control authority

The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons

Tender processing amount will not be refundable

The Bidder have to produce all the original documents whenever employer calls for verification

The Bidders have to furnish their existing commitments and on going works in the enclosed formats.

The tenderer should maintain the work in good condition during defect liability period for 1(ONE) year from the date of completion of work at his cost

Transportation charges for the conveyance of all the samples collected for testing from the site of work to Q.C.Lab shall be borne by the contractor himself.

The contractor prices includes diversion, approach road for procurement of materials, dewatering etc. No claims shall be done for extra items/cost for the same

Contractors who have not completed the works in time in this division will not be entitled to Bid and if participated it will not be considered .

During the execution of works, if any minor minerals are required, contractors have to abide by the prevailing rules and Acts applicable to Minor Minerals. As per the prevailing rules, for any use of Minor Minerals, the contractor has to submit the Mineral Dispatch Permit (MDP) obtained from Mines and Geology Department. If Mineral Dispatch Permit (MDP) is not submitted by the contractor along with the bill, the prevailing penalty DMF contribution as per Karnataka Minor Mineral Concession rules 1994 (as ammended from time to time) will be deducted from the contractors bill.

The contractor should obtain the Material Dispatch Permit for stone, aggregates, sand and murrum etc will be used in the construction work from the Mines and Geology department at the time of execution and same should be submitted along with the work bill, then for such work bills no Royalty will be deducted. If the contractor failed to submit the Material Dispatch Permit along with the work bill Five times Royalty will be deducted from the work bill as per KMMCR 2016 amendment rule 44(4) and the circular vide No.Ga.Bhu.E/DCB/2024-25/20064 Dated : 28.01.2025 by Mines and Geology department

Restrictions on Public Procurement from Bidders of certain countries as per Government order No.FD 455 Exp-12 2020 Bengaluru dated:01-04-2023

Annual Turnover certificate, IT Returns and Balance sheet certified by CA with UDIN number for the last five years i.e.2020-21 to 2024-25 has to be enclosed.

Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025% of the contact value (Min Rs.500/- & Max Rs.7500/-) soon after contract has been issued to bidder.

The Tenders are invited as per Standard tender Bid Document KW-1

All relevant documents as per the KW-1 need to be uploaded while submitting bid in general documents provision in KPP portal

The Intended Completion Date for the whole of the work is 12 months.

Detailed Nomenclature of the works can be obtained from the bid document uploaded with this tender and it will be the final.

One percent of the bill amount of the successful tenderer will be deducted towards cess as a labour welfare fund

IT and GST will be deducted as per Government order

Deductions regarding GST, Royalty, MDP etc will be as per prevailing government orders

All the concrete item rates are inclusive of centering, scaffolding, shuttering and formwork

The scope of the work includes Annual Maintenance of Lift irrigation scheme

The contractor shall quote the rates without adding GST except item no.5 for either material or works contracts (service). GST payable by the contractor under this works/contract will be paid to the contractor over and above the contractors bid amount.

Contractor should quote the rate excluding GST except item no.5

In respect of this tender, the item rates are exclusive of GST except item no.5. The amount put to tender is exclusive of GST. Accordingly the bidder shall quote rates without adding GST for either materials or works contract (Service) except item no.5

For payments related to GST, contractor should abide to prevailing FD order No.FD 417 Exp-12/2024 Bengaluru dated:09.08.2024

This maintenance does not include Electricity Bills, Power charges

This maintenance includes lubricant charges like type SAE 10 grade oil and quantity as per requirements directed by the engineer in charge of the work

This maintenance includes repairs to mechanical components like repairs to pumps, foot valves, manifolds, pressure relief valves, non return valves, air valves, suction and delivery pipes etc. and other works as directed by the engineer in-charge of the work.

This maintenance includes special civil repairs works like repairs to rising main and pump house etc and other works as directed by the engineer incharge of the work

This maintenance includes general other charges like grease and gland packing, first aid box, rubber hand gloves, rubber mat etc including maintenance of head works and miscellaneous charges as directed by the engineer incharge of the work

The bidder should abide to all terms and conditions, criterion, instructions and guidelines for operation and maintenace of LIS and Penalty mentioned as per the documents attached.

Bidder should have executed the similar nature of LIS Annual Maintenance work in last five years i.e.2020-21 to 2024-25

This maintenance includes manpower skilled in repairing to intake arrangements and jackwell etc as directed by the engineer incharge of the work.

This maintenance includes repairs to electrical components like repairs to transformers, metering cubical, GOS, earthing electrodes as per IS 3043/9,motors,pannel board, starters, rewiring to pump house etc and Repairs & replacement of cables HT/LT, pole heads, DP switches and cleaning all the garbages and green vegetation and providing and fixing lighting arrestor for transformer protecting from the lightnings and it should be earthened. and other works as directed by the engineer incharge of the work

The rates for Maintenance of Pump house and Jack well (Sl No. 5) is inclusive of all taxes. No separate GST will be paid to the Contractor on above item.
