Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering , all works upto plinth level ( 1 : 4 : 8)1 cement 4 coasre sand 8 stone aggregate grade , with 40mm nominal size . crushed (including all lead lift and carriages)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering , all works upto plinth level ( 1 : 3 : 6 ) with 20% boulders 1 cement 3 coasre sand 6 stone aggregate grade , with 20mm nominal size .crushed (including all lead lift and carriages)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (Non-modular) brick of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) (including all lead lift and carriages)

Extra for brick work in Super structure above plinth level upto floor V level (By manual means)

Centering and shittering including strutting propping etc and removal of form work Foundation footing bases of columns etc

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers •. abutments, pillars, posts, struts, butteresses, string or laces, courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills,sunken floors fillets etc. upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and finishing. 1:1.5:3(1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) (Crushed) (including all lead lift and carriages)

12 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 ( 1 cement 6 fine sand ) (including all lead lift and carriages)

Strctural steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. (including all lead lift and carriages)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of requried shade New work(one or more coat )applied @2.20.kg/10 sqm over priming coat of primer applied @0.80 litres/10 sqm complete including cost of priming coat
