REPAIR/MAINT OF TRANSFORMERS AND ALLIED WORKS AT RIDGE, ROULKI, Y STATION, DEFENCE COLONY, NCC OFFICERS MESS, MH AND RAIPUR SATWARI UNDER GE SATWARI.

Handling, transportation of unserviceable transformer 11 /0.433 KV of capacity 63 KVA to 250 KVA. of any make, model & type including disconnection all electric cable, earth lead, clamps and channels etc & taking down from pole (4 pole structure/2 pole pole mounted) or plinth mounted by any means of mechanically operated pulley/ mechanical crane, transportation to MES store Yard / workshop and factory for repair/maint with & including transporting back of transformer to existing places to MES store yard or other existing substation after repair & hoisting / lifting and placing in position and securing properly on pole mounted/plinth mounted including connecting all cable, earth lead, clamps and channels etc as per site requirement and testing after installation complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :-(i) Please note that If any damage to transformer/OH line/cables occur during handling, transportation or during hoisting/lifting, the same will be rectified by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. (ii) Transportation to workshop and back to site /and required T&P like crane etc are to be arranged by contractor and rate for which is deemed to be included in the item. (iii) Standby transformer of same capacity will also be provided by the contractor and rate for which is deemed to be included in the item.

All as per description srl item No 01 above but of capacity 315 KVA to 630 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Opening the top cover of transformer step down 11 KV to 0.440 KV, of capacity 50 KVA to 100 KVA of any make, model & type out door/ indoor type, draining out oil in clean barrels, dismantling of cover & taking out the defectiv/burnt out HT/LT coils cleaning the tank and getting out the dust particles & replacing old defective coils with new coils, refitting the top cover and other accessories such as providing sundry items & reassembling after repairs to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge and heat treatment connecting of all the electrical connections and other accessories and making the transformer absolutely leak proof, pouring oil in the transformer making all electrical connections testing after repair complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) If retrieved transformer oil's di-electric strength is very less, then it will be replaced with new one .as directed by Engineer Incharge and same will be measured & paid under relevent item. (ii) If any items like winding of HT coil, reconditioning of LT coil, spares like breather, silica jel to be replaced for smooth functioning of transformer shall be measured in relevent items. (iii) Any minor item like nut, bolt are included in this item rate.

All as per description srl item No 03 above but transformer of capacity exceeding 125 KVA and n.exc 315 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Winding of HT coils of transformers with super enamelled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge along with allied insulating material of capacity 50KVA to 630KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Winding of LT coils of transformer with cotton braided copper wire /strip of appropriate size along with allied insulating materials of capacity 50KVA to 630KVA of transformers complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out LV coils from its position for reconditioning by replacing worn out insulation including supplying and providing new insulation, making the LV coils to its original shape and fixing to its position after insulation, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out existing worn out bush rod with accessories & replacement of HT bushes (11 KVA) with rod assembly complete of metallic alloy (brass gun metal) of suitable dia & length including nuts, washers, insulator, packing oil sealing bushes for transformer of capacity 50 KVA to 630 KVA, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out existing worn out bush rod with accessories & replacement of LT bush (440 volt) with rod assembly complete of metallic alloy (brass gun metal) of suitable dia & length including nuts, washers, packing oil sealing bushes suitable for transformer of capacity 50 KVA to 100 KVA, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cork sheet gasket (for top cover) of transformers of various capacities including taking out existing perished gasket, complete all as specified and as directed.

Filtration, heating & dehydration of old transformer oil 11/33 KV transformer during on load for increasing dielectric strength not less than 45 KV, the oil with dielectric strength below 45 KV, shall be replaced with new oil,complete all as specified and as directed. Note: New oil required for toping up levels or for replacement shall be measured and paid in relevant items of Sch A.

Supply, heating and filling new transformer oil in transformers for toping up levels or for replacement of unfit oil (New oil shall be confirming to IS-335) dielectric strength not less than 65 KV, complete all as specified and as directed.

Silica gel assembly complete with silica gel in transformer breather of various capacities i.e. 50 KVA to 630 KVA including taking out existing unserviceable, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out existing unserviceable temp gauge & replacing with and testing of dial type temperature gauge 110mm dia temperature range 0-100 degree C with thermostat built in switch, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unserviceable tap changing gear of transformer including replacing with and making connection testing and commissioning new tap changing gear of transformer of any description and make complete all as specified and as directed.

Painting to steel and iron surfaces of transformer indoor/outdoor type of any description by preparation of old painted surfaces with two coat of synthetic enamelled grey paint with spray gun painting process capacity of transformer 50 KVA to 630 KVA and writing SM/MES No. with white paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Painting to transformer guard (XPM) fencing, channels, post etc mounted on plinth with one coat of silver aluminium paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of earthing complete with GI Earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 3 mm thick buired directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm by Means of bolts,nuts,check nuts and washer including necessary excavation ,earth work PCC Chamber etc all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I 2009 and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including CI Cover ,funnel ,watering pipe 20 mm bore medium grade ,wire mesh and lugs etc with GI Protection pipe of 40 mm bore light grade including testing on complete all as specified and as directed. .(Length of Copper earth strip & Protection pipe is up to 7.5 RM including) Note : - If soil required in earthing shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost. No extra amount shall be given to contractor for extra earthing soil.

Aluminium Stripa of size 25 x 4 mm along the wall, floor, ceiling etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping of Transformers plate form etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting of wild grass ,bushes ,unwanted vegetation trees upto 30 cm grith including roots from inside/surrounding of installations including cutting of bushes along barbed/cattle fencing of the installation complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate for making of duct cover with iron frame and iron rods of suitable size on both side of cover of suitable size and fixing on cable duct in 33 kv sub station complete all as specified and as directed.

Hardcore of broken stone of gauge not exceeding 63 mm deposited spread and leveled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick watered and well rammed to a true surface in 33 KV Sub station after sand cushioning . complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete cleaning of 33 KV substation of size 32 mtr x 36 mtrs and removing of stones, any other type of material from the sub station cleaning of gravels and relaying of stone aggregate of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Dry crushed stone sand as cushioning 15cm thick layer before laying of stone aggregate in 33 KV sub station yard complete all as specified and directed.

Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps etc fabricated from steel including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as directed inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminum paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Outdoor type cable end termination jointing kit heat shrinkable complete with all accessories and jointing materials suitably mounted on channel/angle iron with and incl cable pieces of suitable size length and line type vice for 3 core 120 to 185 Sqmm XLPE HT cable (kit shall be not older than 3 months from the date of manufacture) complete all as specified and as directed.

Outdoor type cable end termination jointing kit heat shrinkable complete with all accessories and jointing materials suitable mounting on channel/angle iron with and incl cable pieces of suitable size length and line type vice for 3 core 240 Sqmm XLPE HT cable (kit shall be not older than 3 months from the date of manufacture) complete all as specified and directed.

Silice gel blue coloured, completely packed in packings of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.
