Note For item No 2 :- (a) The contractor shall make AMC contract with the original manufacturer of the equipment and the repairs/maintenance shall be carriedout through the original manufacturers on quarterly basis. Each inspection per location shall be considered as one Job

(b) Cost of any minor items to be replaced is included in the item quoted rate.

(c) Payment shall be made thrice for the period of 11 months proportionately, for comprehensive maintenance.

(d) Any other spare parts which have not covered in the relevant items but are required to make in functional condition are deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate.

(e) Cost of labour element towards removing of unserviceable spare parts and re-fixing of serviceable spare parts for supply only items here-in-after shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate. Supply only spare parts shall be measured and paid separately.

Note for Item No 12 to 15 :- (a) The above comprehensive maintenance shall be done through authorised person of OEM on quarterly basis. Each inspection per location shall be considered as one Job

(b) The contractor shall make AMC contract with the original manufacturer of Air compressor and the repairs/maintenance shall be carried out through the original manufacturers only.

(c) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include to carried out all repairs to air compressor noticed during the period 11 months by providing materials and labour. Interim payments if required shall be made thrice for the period of 11months proportionately.

(d) Any other spare parts which have not covered in the relevant items but are required to make in functional condition are deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate.

Periodical servicing and maint of electric operated hanger door comprising of 3 phase, 415V, 5.5 KW/ 7 HP capacity induction motor of Make - Siemens, 7HP VFD panel, chain pulley arrangement, push button for forwarding/ reverse movement of the doors, relays, limit switches, contactors, gear wheels, siren, ammeter and voltmeter, indicating lamps, MCB SP/ SPN of various capacities and suitable connecting cable etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Location - LCA Hangers - 03 Nos, GHE-02 Nos (Total- 05 Nos)

Note for Item No 92 :- (a) Each hanger consists of 04 Nos of electric operated door. Periodical servicing for each hangar door shall be considered as one Job

(b) Preventive maintenance of each hanger door i.e greasing, reallignment, welding will be done by Service engineer from M/s Siemens on quarterly basis.

(c) The unit quoted rate shall deemed to be included to carried out all repairs noticed.

(d) Repairs/ maintenance shall be carried out through the experinced service agency only.

(e) The service agency must be attended as and when called for urgent nature of repair of hanger door irrespective of number of visit.

(f) Replacement of minor items shall be included in the unit quoted rate.

(g) Replacement of any major defective items will not be included in the scope of work. However, the decision of Accepting Officer is final and binding whether the defective item is major or minor in nature.

M&L for rewinding of burnt electric induction motor of 3 phase, 415 volts, 5.5 KW/ 7 HP Make - Siemens including disconnecting electric connections/ taking down and shifting to local workshop and brought back to site and re-assembling, connecting, testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only air compressor lubricating oil suitable for air compressors of make ELGI/Ingersoll/Shakti complete all as specified and directed.
