M&L 11-12mm thick gypsum board in false ceiling fixed with screws as per manufactures specifications including applying one coat of putty, rubbing/grinding with sand paper and making smooth and even surface and applying one coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat primer complete all as directed. Make: Saint Gobain or equivalent as approved by GE.

S&F Fine Fissured RH99 Armstrong ceiling tile of size 600 x 600 x 12/16mm thick as per approved pattern complete all as directed.

Dismantling structural steel works in doors, gates etc but excluding framed truss etc all as specified and directed
