TABLE BED SIDE STEEL (FD/E6/MAP/03) (a) Taking out old unserviceable table top and supply and fixing new top made out of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board BWR type exterior grade covered with alround 4mm thick teak wood beading duly polished complete all as shown in drg and as directed

(b) Supply and fixing rubber shoe of white cream shade at the bottom of leg complete size and shape, fixed as in repairs complete all as shown in drg and as directed

(c) material and labour for welding to the broken places of table bed side steel and smoothening properly complete all as shown in drg and as directed

(d) Removing unserviceable broken and worn out knobs. Supply and fixing new mild steel chromium plated knobs of 38mm dia with propitiate screw (as per sample) complete all as shown in drg and as directed

(e) Removing broken/ de shaped locking device. Supply and fixing new locking device to match the original complete all as shown in drg and as directed

TABLE INVALID STEEL (FD-1004) (a) Material and labour for preparation of old surface of table invalid steel and spray painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint white shade complete all as specified

(b) Supply and fixing new rubber wheel (black colour) as the bottom of leg of size and shape as shown in drg and complete all as specified after removing the old unserviceable wheel.

(c) material and labour for welding to the broken places of table invalid steel not exceeding of 25mm and smoothening the welded point properly complete all as specified and directed.

(d) Removing unserviceable worn out and dis figured stainless steel top and supply & fixing new stainless steel top bent to shape of size 900 x 520mm x 1mm thick with appropriate screws.

COUCH EXAMINATION STEEL (FD-122) (a) Removing unserviceable worn out and broken plywood from the top and supply & fixing new top of 18mm thick ply wood of size 1800 x 900mm commercial BWR quality complete all as specified and directed. MAKE OF PLY : KITPLY / CENTURY/GREENPLY

(b) Removing unserviceable worn out cushion and rexine cloth. Supply and fixing new cushion foam 32 desity 100mm thick of size 1800x 900mm duly upholstered with rexine cloth of approved shade and quality complete all as specified and directed MAKE OF CUSHION : Sleepwell, JJ Foam, Duro Foam

HOT FOOD TROLLY & HOT CASE FOOD (FD-133M/363) (a) Removing unserviceable worn out outer body sheet from the Hot Food Trolly. Supply and fixing with appropriate nut and bolt new aluminum anodized sheet 18 guage bent to shape dimension complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Removing unserviceable worn out wheel form the hot food trolly. Supply and fixing new heavy duty ball bearing type 200mm dia rubber wheel to match the original complete all as specified and directed.

(c) Removing unserviceable and broken but hinges from the lid and shutter of hot food trolly. Supply and fixing new aluminum anodized hinges 75mm x 20mm with appropriate screw complete all as specified in the drg.

(d) Removing unserviceable and burnt out heating element of the hot food trolly, Supply and fixing new heating element ISI marked of 1250 Watt 230 Volt with appropriate connector and cord to match the original complete all as specified and directed.

(e) Removing unserviceable and burnt out multi stage rotary switch for heat control form the hot food trolly. Supply and fixing new multi stage rotary switch ISI marked to the original complete all as specified and directed.

Locker Steel FD- 1029 (FD-257) (a) Taking out unserviceable hasp and staple and supply and fixing new hasp and staple 75mmX40mmX3mm mild steel chromium plated to be fixed with rivets complete all as specified and directed.

b) Taking out old unserviceable aluminum handle 100mm size and supply and fixing new aluminum handle 125mm long complete all as specified and directed.

c) Taking out unserviceable hinge and supply and fixing new hinge (heavy duty) 75mm long to be fixed by welding complete all as specified and directed.

d) Taking out unserviceable leg and supply and fixing new leg made of 1mm thick PBI Sheet with and including gas welding as per shape and size as shown on drg including two coats of spray painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved shade over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surface complete all as specified and directed.

Almirah Medium wooden (FD-68) (a) Material and labour for removing unserviceable tops from the following Almirah medium wooden. Supply and fixing new almirah tops made of hard teak wood planks Ist class hardwood teak out of size 36"x18"x25mm planks hard wood teak finish and fixing the same with the existing almirah top with suitable and duly polished Complete all as specified and directed.

(b) All as per serial item No 6(a) before but supply and fixing in replacement teak wood planks front door for almirah size 55.5” x 17.5” x 25mm –ditto-.

(c) All as per serial item No 6(a) before but supply and fixing in replacement teak wood planks shelf for almirah size 34” x 16” x 25mm –ditto-.

(d) All as per serial item No 6(a) before but supply and fixing in replacement teak wood planks bottom for almirah size 36” x 18” x 25mm –ditto-.
