Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of HT 11 KV, AVR 630 KVA, 3 Phase, 50 Cycles, Outdoor type, Copper wound with Class ‘A’ insulation, On load step less rolling contact type voltage regulator, auto wound delta connected booster transformer double wound open/open automatic control gear consisting of one electronic relay design oil cooled with input 9 KV to 12 KV and output 11 KV (+/-) 1% with lifting lugs and Swivel type rollers, Two Nos earthing terminals, rating plates indicating details, Buck holz relay, first fill of oil, oil and winding temperature gauge, Alarm and LED lamp indicating Input Voltage exceeding specified range complete and including necessary interconnection with LT UG Cable of AVR & Booster Transformer all as specified and as directed with following specification :-

Motor Control Raise / lower push button control by means of small single phase reversible geared motor of the permanent capacitor type shall be provided. The limit switches shall be provided to restrict the travel at extreme position with this arrangement, it wound also be possible to provide remote control of the Regulating unit. The reversible geared motor wound of ‘STEP-SYN’ type. Automatic Control Automatic correction of fluctuating supply voltage are shall provide electronic relay which will sense the output voltage and provide signal to the driving motor for necessary corrections. Note: Necessary PCC M-15 type B1 platform of standard size for Installation of AVR is to be provided by the contractor as per manufacturer instructions and the quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of the same.

Supply,installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV 400 Amps VCB 25 KA for 1sec floor mounting type, front access switch board of protection class IP 42 or better equipped with draw out type breaker, out door, complete with all accessories, High grade Electrolytic Copper Busbar covered with Insulation Sleeves, CTS, PTS, Digital Meters with RS485 MOD BUS provision, Numerical / Electromechanical relays etc. The panel shall be comprising of the following:- Incoming panel - 01 No with the following components: a)Shunt tripping device suitable for 110V D.C- 01 No b)12 NO/ 12 NC Auxiliary contacts- 01 No c)LED Indicating lamps with series resister (red green suitable for 11.0V DC) -1 set d)Space heater with thermostat control suitable for operation on 230 Volts AC-1 set e)DC power pack suitable for 3 trips with 110V DC output-1 No f)400/1A or equivalent, CL-1,15VA CT for Metering- 3 Nos g)11KV/110 V, CL: 1, 200 VA air insulated draw out tube cast resin potential transformer with primary fuse and secondary MCB- 1 No

Notes: Rate shall be for the complete board including base frame, cutouts, foundation bolts and connected civil works and all other necessary items enquired for complete foundation of the panel. All necessary interlocking arrangements to be provided as per standards and as indicated in the drawings.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with using copper earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly underground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level connected with and incl copper strip 20x3 mm including 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade by means of nuts bolts, washers and copper earth strip protected by GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore up to 7.5 mtr and connecting to AVR / VCB's / transformer etc, as per site requirement necessary earth work in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber and RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover and watering pipe 20 mm dia medium grade with funnel complete with mesh, refilling with soil all as specified complete all as specified and as directed

Notes:- (i) Quoted rate deemed to include necessary earth work PCC chamber, RCC cover, reinforcement, removal of surplus soil , site clearance etc. (ii) Copper earth strip , GI Pipe 40 mm light grade 7.5 mtr and GI Pipe 20 mm medium grade 1.50 mtr deemed to be included the rate quoted by the contractor. (iii) Beyond 7.5 M the copper earth strip & GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia shall be measured and paid separately under the respective item of the schedule (iv) Quoted rate include testing after completion from test point and the desired earth resistance shall be not more than 2 ohm .If the desired result is not obtained the earthing will be re-done by the contractor at no extra cost.

Supply and fix XLPE insulated 3 core, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 11KV grade, Cross, Sectional Area 120 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation and earthwork and cable jointing kit shall be measured and paid for seperately.

Supply and fixing Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of 185 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, n. exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc.and getting out for soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm for soft/loose soil complete all as directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as directed.

Supply and laying HDPE Pipes PN 10 of 75mm for cable protection, laid complete all as specified and directed.

Supply installing testing and commissioning of Water treatment plant of capacity 1000 ltrs/hr with following connected items:- (a) Filter Feed Pump With Accessories-0 2 Nos. Note:-It is the complete responsibility of the contractor to test the water sample before installation and make suitable arrangements in design to meet the output parameters mentioned in particular specifications and submit the output water test report all as required by OEM of Voltas AC plant after successful installation of RO plant.

Supply and fixing of 4 layer PVC water tank, light in colour of capacity 10000 ltrs including of all necessary connections with valves and float valves of suitable size to make it functional complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) Necessary PCC M 15 type B1 platform of standard size for installation of PVC tank is deemed to be inclusive of the rate.
