Taking down chowkhat or frames exc 1.50 Sqm n.exc 4 Sqm (without taking down shutters from the frames, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of old UNSV 2'x2' Recess mounting low depth (white/ warm) LED Luminaires white powder coated CRCA sheet housing LEDs front frame with translucent cover fixed to the housing fixed in front frame 36w LED extruded alluminium heat sink projected in false ceiling, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of Old U/S Lamp LED 9 Watt, 230 volts 50 Hz AC, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and lay PVC insulated, heavy duty, LT XLPE galvanised steel strip armoured electric power cable of size 25 Sqmm x 4 core with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade, jointed with cable glands, lugs etc., laid in trenches/drawn through pipe, with and including taking down old unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down serviceable LED Light/bulb Kept in store and re-fixing same location including neccessary conection with 3 core copper flexible cable of appropriate size from ceilling rose/PVC connector to light fittings, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix exhaust fan, steel body AC single Phase. 230V of size 300m sweep with, blades, and frame and louvers connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of MCB DB TPN 4 Way double door 415Volt 50Hz with, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F MCB TPN 63Amps 'C' serie, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and lay PVC insulated, heavy duty, LT XLPE galvanised steel strip armoured electric power cable of size 16 Sqmm x 4 core with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade, jointed with cable glands, lugs etc., laid in trenches/drawn through pipe, with and including taking down old unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note;- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid under respective item.

S&F GI tubing 50mm dia "light grade" with all fittings, laid in trenches, fixed on pole/under road crossing or passing through gutters etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide & n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc in Hard and Dence soil & getting out for laying of cable, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering & well ramming in layers n exc. 25cm Cum thick, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of surplus excavated soil to a distance n.exe 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exe 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sand in trenches as in cushioning to under ground cable spreading, levelling hand punning complete all as specified and directed.Note- Punned down thickness will be measured for payment purpose, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying unreinforced pre cast concrete cable cover class LV type I flat size 250x150x40mm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs (-) 110327.20 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' (Contd). Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount. Note :- Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
