Earthwork in excavation of foundation of structure as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work - by mechanical means - depth upto 3m (Ordinary soil)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision - by plant mix method for grading I material

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layer by manual means in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density - Using vibratory roller

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision).

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision).

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant of capacity not less than 40 -60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 507.7 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision, to achieve the desired compaction. - using grade II metal and bitumen 60/70 grade.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with HMP of capacity not less than 40 to 60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 509 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision, complete in all respects - Using grade-II material.-Bitumen 60/70.

Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc and removal of form for - foundations, footings, bases of columns etc for mass concrete

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix with stone aggregate 40mm nominal size in foundation upto a depth of 1.5 metres below ground level and upto height of 1.5 above ground / bed level.

Plain cement concrete m-15 mix with stone aggregates 20mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated in foundation upto a depth of 1.50 metres below ground level and / or 1.50 metres above ground / bed level.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. works including bending, binding and placing in position - Thermo Mechanical Treated Bars (ISI brand approved make) Fe - 415 or more

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

12mm cement plaster of mix -1:4 ( 1 cement: 4 fine sand)

12mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix - 1:3 (1 cement :3 fine sand)

Supply of Quarry rubbish including stacking to department gauge for premeasurement and spreading required thickness

Supplying and filling with gravel (excluding rock) in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth , breaking clods , watering , rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller ,or wooden or steel rammers and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes capacity including all leads and lift (Payment will be made based on level measurement)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete , excluding the cost of centering , shuttering , finishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc and removal of form for - Suspended floors , roofs , landings , balconies and access platform

Disposal of excavated earth from the site within an average lead of 4 Km including incidenatal, loading and unloading on the PWD road side, low lying area etc., disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, hoisting and fixing precast R.C.C cover slabs for drain (upto plinth level) of length varying upto 1.80m and varying thickness from 100mm to 200mm including the cost of required centring, shuttering and finishing smooth with neat cement punning on the exposed surfaces but excluding cost of reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal Size). The rate is inclusive of all taxes.
