S&F in repairs Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick and 600 mm width of an ecofriendly colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges/valley , fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs False ceiling of 9mm thick gypsum tiles (600x600mm) laminated with PVC film on the face side & metalised polyester film on the back side with all four edges sealed with PVC film (shade either plain white or crack) fixed using T grid/Cross-T/Wall angle/level clip & suspenders/Hangers 4 mm dia. G.I. (upto1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs/trusses complete all as specified standard galvanised sections in a grid size of 600mmx600mm including taking down existing ceiling board & grid work etc of any type/pattern complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, 0.63mm thick, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275, joints welded or soldered complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional along the external wall along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for termite Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for termite Treatment Of voids in masonry using chemical emulsion one litre per hole, at 300mm intervals including drilling holes at 45 degree and replugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1, (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection and paving laid in slope finished even and fair incl making joints at every 2.5m and at corner filled with bitumen 85/25 and sand in ratio 1:2 by weight incl demolition and complete all as specified

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles, coloured, heavy duty, non skid (joint free) 12 mm thick, exterior grade, area of each tile exc. 0.11 sqm and n. exc. 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
