Servicing of DG Set (Make: Mahendra) of capacity 100-160 kVA ,checking entire system as per manufacturer's catalogue such as checking all parts for serviceability, taking down defective parts such as fuel filter assembly, by pass filter assembly, lube oil filter assembly, air cleaner assembly etc and replacing the same with same size, make and capacity of parts, Cleaning all the serviceable filters and draining out the old used engine oil from the oil sump and cleaning oil sump,and refilling new engine oil of required grade up to required level and including checking of control panel, tightening of loose connections and testing to DG Set to the entire satisfaction complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Minor items like nut, bolts, lugs , cloths , cotton etc are incl in quoted rates. (ii) Spare parts/Engine oil / filters shall be measured and paid for separately under successive items here-in-after. However, labour charge are deemed to be included in item rate above. (iii) Minimum 6 months gap/200 Hrs of run whichever is earlier shall be considered for next service. (iv) Each service will be measured and paid separately.

Repair, maintenance and cleaning of radiator of DG set (100-160 kVA) incl dismenteling and taking down carefully, draining and refixing after repair incl cleaning, repairing , soldering , brazing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Coolant will be measured and paid separately.

S&F in replacement of high pressure rubber hose pipe upto length 1.2 mtr and required dia as per sample incl clamp/nuts and other connecting items suitable for 100-160 kVA DG Set (Mahendra) incl dismantling and taking down old unsv complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old parts will be diposited to MES store yard.

Dismantling centrifugal multi stage pumpset of 100/75 HP pumping set complete Including disconnection of electric & water connections and transporting u/s pump set from pump house to work shop and to be re-install its original location after repair complete with all worn out spares replace as required ie ball bearings, connecting stage discharge CI, distance bush, impeller, stage casing, turning of shaft with leath works, nack ring etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: The following spare parts for 75/100 HP pumpset shall be measured and paid as supply only as per origional manufacturer.
