Providing and laying ceramic glazed floor tiles 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of first quality conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make (Bell / Johnson / Regency / Somany / Naveen / Asian ) in all colors, shades, except white, ivory, grey, fume red brown laid on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and fixing PVC corner beading of required size to suit the thickness of the wall tile at the corner joints of dado works

12mm cement plaster of mix - 1:5 (1 cement : 5 fine sand)

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:5 (1 cement : 5 fine sand)

6mm cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Finishing walls with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as permanufacturers specifications - Two or more coats applied @ 1.25 ltr / 10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr / 10 sqm.
