SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART -I (REPAIR & MAINT)

Repair to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under incl cutting the patch in proper shape, racking out joints and plastering the surface of the walls, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50m lead etc. complete with CM 1:4( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead for thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm.

Kota stone slab flooring 25 mm thick over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Kota stone slabs 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles 450x300 mm conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design of Black,Cherry/Ruby Red or equivalent colour and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level.

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Shelves (Cast in situ)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete with Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and fixing cupboard shutter with 19mm thick one side decorative and other side balancing lamination factory pressed BWP grade marine ply as per IS 710 of approved brand including 2mm thick PVC edge banding tape with hot glue by edge bending machine etc. with auto closing spring loaded hinges (hydraulic type) etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Payment of providing and fixing auto closing hinges shall be paid separately)

Providing and fixing stainless steel fancy handle 200 mm of approved make fixed with SS screws etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing stainless steel soft closing spring hinges at 0 degree hinges (hydraulic type) of approved make/brand to cupboard shutters with full threaded steel screws including making necessary recess in board and finished etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & double action hydraulic floor spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge

Providing and fixing 20 mm nominal dia CPVC pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints completeas per direction of Engineer in Charge

Providing and fixing 25 mm nominal dia CPVC pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve 20 mm nominal bore with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end).

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve 25 mm nominal bore with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end).

Providing and fixing C.P. brass bib cock 15 mm nominal bore of approved quality conforming to IS:8931.

Providing and fixing Stainless Steel A ISI 304 (18/8) kitchen sink without drain board 610x510 mm bowl depth 200 mm as per IS:13983 with C.I. brackets and stainless steel plug 40 mm, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required.

Providing and fixing P.V.C. waste pipe 32 mm dia, Semi rigid pipe for sink or wash basin including P.V.C. waste fittings complete.

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART -II (INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION)

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Wiring for light/power plug with 4x4sqmm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed medium class PVC conduit along with 2 Nos 4sqmm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the 2 X 2.5 sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq. mm earth wire of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan, including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. as required.

Installation of exhaust fan in the existing opening, including making good the damage, connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required Upto 450 mm sweep.

Supplying and fixing PVC batten/ angle holder including connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 63 Amp TP&N disconnector fuse switch unit inside the existing panel board with ISI marked HRC fuses including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc.

Supplying and fixing 12 way, Double door, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator).

Supply and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of single pole in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.of 5amp.

Supply and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of single pole in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.of 16amp.

Cutting holes of required size in brick masonry wall for fixing of exhaust fan including providing and fixing 300 mm dia PVC pipe conforming BIS-12818 and making good the same etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of LT Cubical feeder pillar box made of 2 mm thick CRCA Sheet, horizontal and vertical bus bar rated 400 Amps copper 25x10 for phase and 200 A25x5 mm for neutral , RAL - 7032 (70 micron) Partially type tested as per IEC 60439, outdoor IP-53 of size 1200 mm (H) (incl 300 mm base x 400 mm width 300 mm (D) with front cable ally and cable entry bottom/top including PCC for cement concrete all as specified and directed by E-I-C.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required of 95 Sqmm 3.5 Core

Supply, laying, spreading and compacting 90 mm to 45 mm size stone aggregate in uniform thickness, hand picking, compacting in stages to proper grade and camber,watering and compacting to the required density .

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of grade 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.

52 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART -VII (STAINLESS STEEL MODERN KITCHEN APPLIANCES)

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) racks, working platform made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge.

Providing and installation of stainless steel ( Grade 304) Commercial Kitchen Chimney with suitable exhaust fan size suitable for cooking gas stove of size 2500x600 mm including cooking canopy, extractor fan, fume extractor and electric chimney , wall mounted made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the chimney with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size as per approval of Engineer-incharge.

Providing and installation of stainless steel of size 300x300mm, features a corrosion -resistant galvanised iron construction, offering unmatched durability and longevity, smooth interior walls facilitate efficient air movement, reducing pressure loss and minimizing energy consumption with a light weight design and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the duct with necessary accessories & dash fasteners, bolts etc. as per approval of Engineer-incharge.
