PROVISION OF EXTERNAL E/M SERVICES FOR CONTAINERISED SMALL ARMS FIRING RANGE AT INS MANDOVI

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 4 way RMU 11KV, 630A, 21kA/1 sec, Both Side Extensible, Motorised, Outdoor Type, SF6 insulated circuit breaker at all 4 ways (both incoming and out going ),(V-V-V -V type ) , IP-64 for enclosure and IP 67 for SF6 Tank, SF6 Gas Insulated Ring Main Unit with 4 way with Air Insulated Bus PT Panel11 KV,inside manually welded stainless steel (Non Ferrite Non Magnetic Grade) tank having minimum thickness 2.5 mm having IP 43 Degree of Protection. RMU should be provided with Copper bus Bar, Minimum 2 core Resin cast ring core protection CT at all incoming and Out going having 50 - 25 /5-5/(5-1) Amp, with suitable accuracy level and VA rating as for Measuring Instruments and PT with 11/KV/110 Volt with suitable VA and accuracy standard complete with padlock provision and with all accessories.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Distribution transformer (Level - 2, maximum total loss at 50% load 670Watts and 100% loss 2100 Watts) 200 KVA, 11KV/.0.433KV, Three Phase complying with IS: 1180 (Part-I) 2014 with latest amendments, mounted on masonry platform step-down, Outdoor type double copper wound suitable for 50 Hz system of capacity not less than oil immersed naturally cooled delta connected on HT side and Star connected on LT side, Vector Group Dyn11, provided with OFF load tap changer to vary secondary voltage from -7.5% to + 7.5 % in step of 2.5%. Losses and Impedance are subjected to tolerance as specified in IS 1180. The transformers should be supplied with first filling of oil confirming to IS 335 .The transformer should have both side cable end box with neutral brought out complete all as directed by Engineer - in -Charge and installation of transformer shall be carried out as per IS-10028 and comprising with the following standard fittings/ Technical specification.

a) Lifting lug for transformer and tank. (b) Earthing terminal rating and diagram plate. (c) Air release device (d) Oil filling inlet pipe with plug (e) Drain outlet pipe with brass gate valve. (f) Conservator tank with oil level indicator (g) Silica jell breather (j) First fill of oil up to level including conservator tank with fresh new oil conforming to 1S335. (k) Type of connection Delta/Star (l) Type of cooling: Oil and Natural Air. (m) Vector group: DYN 11. (n) Temperature rise over an ambient of 50 °C maximum. (o) Cable end box on both side for HT/LT cables of suitable size. cable entry at bottom entry type Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to include cost for foundation/PCC work as per the site requirement/OEM instructions, testing and test report, first fill of oil and other works related to commissioning of transformer etc as directed by Engineer-incharae.
