   [A] Bulk Order: Bulk order will be placed on the manufacturer or its authorized agent having proven performance of the tendered item/Similar item(similar means tendered item of different shape & size) during three preceding completed financial year and current financial year till the date of closing of tender. [B] The onus of submission of requisite documents in support of supply {[i] Receipt Notes/Proof of acceptance of material by consignee OR [ii] Inspection Certificate with self declaration by the bidder that supply has been accepted by consignee. Furnishing of false declaration shall render termination of contract and further action as per terms and conditions of contract} lies with the tenderer. PO shall not be considered as past performance In case the tenderers do not submit the requisite documents as detailed above along with their offer, the tender will be decided on the basis of their past supply performance of any railway, if any. [C] In case tenderer participates as an authorized agent, then the performance as required above shall be that of Principal authorizing the agent. It may so happen that the agent has credentials of past supply for a different Principal but this will not be considered as performance for placing bulk order in case of change of Principal.
