Excavation in foundations trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in hard/ soft rocks, chiseling / wedging out of hard /soft rock including dewatering in saturated soil up to all leads and lifts stacking the excavated soil / materials not more than 3 meters clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 centimeter layers when required into plinths side of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 millimeter thick welding with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 millimeter, so as to give fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and bellies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1 cement : 4 sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1 : 1. 50 : 3 ( 1 cement : 1.50 sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-Foundation footing and base of coloumns within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1 : 1. 50 : 3 ( 1 cement : 1.50 sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-columns pillars and struts upto floor to level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-In-Chargge.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC.work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Stone filling behind retaining wall within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Steel work welded in built-up section, trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in beams joists channels, angle cleats as in main and cross beam, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters, steel gate and like within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.
