Details of Work.

Supply of Material

(A) TOWERS & ACCESSORIES

(1) Fabrication, Galvanizeing and Supply of 132 K.V. DC 'C' type Tower KPTL Design including Stubs, Extension as per Drawings & BOM

(2) Hot Dip galvanized, Hexagon Head Transmission Tower Bolts with Suitable Nuts & Washers for above Structures asf per BOM.

(3) Number Plate in size 165 mm x 150 mm duly made of 16 SWG M.S. Sheet with letter and Numerals in enameled Red Colour on White colour enameled background indicating anem of Transmission line in Short ( In English letter of size 35 mm height) and tower no. (In English letter of size 65 mm height) as per requirement and with provision of 2 no. holes for fixing along with 16 mm x 40 mm bolts. Nuts & washers.

(4) Danger Plate in size of 380 mm x 250 mm duly made of 16 SWG M.S. Sheet Written " Danger 'in English letter of size 35 mm height in Hindi letter of size 45 mm height,"132000 VOLT" in English letter of size 30 mm height and indicating "Sign of Danger" in size of 70 mm x 80 mm all shown symmetrically in enameled Red Colour on white colour enameled background and provision of 2 nos. holes for fixing along with 16 mm x 40 bolts, nuts and washers.

(5) Phase Plate in Sets of Red, Yellow & Blue Colour Circular Disc (Both sides enameled) of dia 100 mm duly made of 16 SWG Sheet with provision of 01 No. Hole for fixing along with 16 mm x 40 mm Bolt, Nut & Washer

(6) Supply of Compression type Single Tension Fitting Assembly suitable for ACSR Panther Conductor consisting of Compression type (Outer Sleeve duly made of Aluminium Alloy & Inner Sleeve duly made of HDG Forged Steel) Dead End Clamp with Jumper Terminal (Cone) and HDG Steel Anchor Shackle, Ball Clevis (HH type), Socket Clevis (HH type), Line side Arcing Horn, Tower side Arcing Horn complete with Split Pin, G.I. Bolts, Nuts, Plain & Spring Washers etc. as per Drawing / Sample.

(7) Supply of suspension fitting of ACSR panther conductor as per drawing/sample,specification

(8) Supply of double suspension fitting of ACSR panther conductor as per drawing/sample,specification

(9) Compression type Double tension fitting assembly suitable for ACSR Panther Conductor consisting of compression Dead End Clamp with Jumper terminal (Cone), Anchor Shackle (2 no.) Yoke Plate (2No.) Chain link, Socket Clevis Eye, Line Side Arcing Horn, Tower Side Arcing Horn Complete with Bolt, Nut, Spring Washer & Split Pin etc

(10) Supply of Mid Span Compression Joint suitable for ACSR Panther Conductor consisting of extruded Aluminium Outer Sleeve and Mild Steel Inner Sleeve as per Drawing Sample.

(11) Supply of Repair Sleeve suitable for ACSR Panther Conductor duly made of Extruded Aluminium Sleeve as per Drawing Sample.

(12) Supply of 4R Stock Bridge type Vibration Damper suitable for ACSR Panther Conductor consisting of High Strength Aluminium Alloy Clamp, High Strength Steel Strands Messenger Cable, HDG Cast Iron Damper Mass, HDG Fasteners etc. as per Drawing / Sample.

(13) Supply of Flexible Copper Bond of size 12 mm × 570 mm duly made of Electrolytic Copper and crimped with Copper Lugs at both ends as per Drawing / Sample.

(14) Supply of PA armoured rod of acsr panther conductor as per drawing/sample,specification

(15) Supply of Pipe type Earthing Equipment consisting of 32 mm dia., 3050 mm Long heavy duty Perforated ‘C’ class G.I. Pipe with 50 mm x 6 mm size 4750 mm Long Galvanized Steel Flat and 2 No. 12 mm x 40 mm size G.I. Bolts with Nuts & Washers.

(16) Supply of 70 KN Composit silicon Polymer Insulator of standard make.

(17) Supply of 120 KN Composit silicon Polymer Insulator of standard make.

(18) Supply of OPGW with all accessories (all testing regarding communcation confirmation).as per the following details

(a) 24 Fiber (DWSM) OPGW Fibre Optic Cable

(b) Supply & Installation of Hardware set for 24 Fibre OPGW

(c) Joint box (24fibre)

(d) FODP 48 F

(e) FIBER OPTIC APPROACH CABLE FOR 24 F OPGW

(f) Supply & Installation of Hardware set for 24 Fibre (DWSM, G.652D) Fibre Optic Approach Cable

(B) Work Associated for Construction of 132kv Banda(220KV)-ATTARA OLD S/C Circuit in existing corridor including dismantelling

(1) Survey icluding preparation of schedule of materials,marking of locations(Route length),GPS Survey of line with coordinates of each tower (The length of line shall be authenticated by GPS survey)

(2) Check survey

(3) Soil investigation

(4) Excavation of Foundation Pits for 132 KV Towers / Gantries including all Earth Work, Back filling, Levelling etc.

(i) Normal Soil

(ii) Hard rock

(5) Setting of Stubs & Templates of 132 KV D.C. KPTL design tower and Setting of Foundation Bolts but excluding the Cost of Concerting & Excavation

(6) Concreting of Foundations using M15 Grade Cement, Concrete, Coarse Sand mixture in the Ratio of 1:2:4 with 20 mm Stone Metal for Towers & Gantries including Cost of Materials, De-Watering, Shoring, Shuttering, Framing, Curing etc.

(7) Installation of Steel Reinforcement Bars in R.C.C. Foundation for Towers & Gantries including Cost of Steel Reinforcement Bars with due Cutting, Bending, Binding, Placing etc.

(8) Erection of Super Structures of 132KV Towers, their Extensions wherever required and Gantries including all Work above Ground Level with Proper Fixing & Tightening of all Tower Parts including Fitting of Danger Plate, Phase Plate, Number Plate, Bird Guard, Hanger etc. but excluding the Hoisting of Disc Insulator Strings /Polymer Insulator Strings, Conductor & Earth Wire Hardware Fittings etc.

(9) Laying, Stringing, Tensioning, Clamping of OPGW including Fixing of Tension Fittings, Suspension Fittings, Vibration Dampers, Copper Bonds etc. of 132kv banda-attara old line(including connecting the opgw wire in respective substations)

(10) Laying, Stringing, Tensioning, Clamping of ACSR Panther Conductor in all the single circuit Phases including Hoisting of Tension / Suspension Disc Insulator Strings / PolymerInsulator Strings, Single Tension Fittings, Single Suspension Fittings, Vibration Dampers etc.

(11) Tack Welding of all the Bolts - Nuts upto 2nd Section of the Towers and upto 5 Meter Height of Gantries from Ground Level with 3 Tacks of 10 mm thickness, then Applying of Zinc Rich Aluminium Paint on the affected Surfaces.

(12) Earthing Work including Earth Work (Excavation of Earth & Back Filling) for Pipe type Earthing of new Section Towers & Gantries including Cost of Coke, Salt etc.

(13) Round the Clock Watch & Ward of the Line / Line Materials during Construction Work to avoid Theft of Tower & Gantry Structures, Conductors, Earth Wire, Disc Insulators / Polymer Insulator Strings, Line Hardware Fittings, Tower Accessories etc. (1 Job per Day)

(14) Safe Loading, Carriage from 220 KV S/S Banda, Line material & Conductor to work side if required.

Dismantling of old Section of the Line & other associated works

(1) Dismantling / de-hoisting of ACSR Panther Conductor of all the 3 Phases including de-hoisting of insulators and other accessories etc.

(2) Dismantling / de-hoisting of earthwire

(3) Safe Loading, Carriage from site, Unloading & Stacking of dismantled Towers, Conductors, Earthwire, Hardware & accessories etc. at Stores of 132kv S/S ATTARA

Rates qouted by the bidders shall be without taxes. Taxes applicable if any to paid extra
