Full/bulk quantity order shall be placed on bidders with satisfactory past performance of same (tendered) item. Developmental order shall be placed as per clause 2.6.2 of IBD (v3.0) attached. Para 2.6 of Integrated Bid Document of ECR (IBD v3.0) attached herewith may be referred to for details.
Bids of Original Equipment manufacturer (OEM) or their authorized dealers/agents only shall be considered for ordering. Dealers/agents should submit valid tender specific authorization from OEM along with bid , failing which the offer will be ignored summarily without making any further reference to them

Purchase preference to MSEs : To avail benefits and preferential treatment extended to Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs), bidders are required to enclose Udyam Registration Certificate only. Traders/dealers are not eligible for such benefits. Para 3.0 of Integrated Bid Document of ECR (IBD v3.0) attached herewith may be referred to for details.
Any technical clarification regarding drawing/specification can be obtained from the office of PCEE/ECR/HJP after payment of requisite cost.
