Providing and fixing factory made panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19 mm x 19 mm for styles and 15x15 mm for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture. Supplying fitting and fixing fully steel glazed doors, windows and ventilators of standard rolled 'Z' and mullion steel sections and size as per IS-1038, joints mitred and welded with 100x16x3 mm MS lugs fixed in cement concrete (1:2:4) blocks 15x10x10 cm , size including cost of oxidised iron fittings, with hinges, handle per steps , catch springs , 3 mm thick glass panes with alluminium beads and inner frame fixed with lugs with 20 mm long 6.3 mm gi counter sunk machine screw and nutsand applying a coat of red lead paints carriage to work site hosting and placing in position in all storied and taxes all comlete as per building specification and direction of E/I ;

Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying :(a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed withwater proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layerwill be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. (The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry.)

Water proofrng for Old and New Roof Slab :- Providing and laying waterprooflng treatment on roof slab by applying two Component, factory a designed ready to use, acrylic modified flexible,material applied with brush, roller or spray for wate proof i n g coating as per manufactlrer specificatio With following steps :-

(a)surface preparation :-Provrding and cleaning of concrete surface to remove dLrst, oil, grease including removal of existing loose paint / coating, and cement laitance by cleaning with compressed air & water jet including all materials, labour, tools complete. Ponding test to be done after plugging all outlets and to be checked from sofftt to identify seepage, leakage. On identiiication of seepage, cement grouting to be done with non shrink expanding admixture of Sika lndia Pvt.Ltd. / MYK Schomberg / Dr Fixit/Fosroc or equrivallent. Providing and reparing of all corners and joinis such as those betr,veen the parapet wall and the roof slab etc shall be chamfered with '150mm X '150 mm fillet of mortar (Cement: sand - 1:4) admixed with acrylic polymer of Sika/ Fosroc/MYK Schomberg/Dr Fixit or equivalent Before chamfering a prime coat shall be given with the sl u rry ?!gc!ylic polyrner Repai rin g su rface irreg ularities, damaged concretein base slab, dead cracks if any, with an acrylic polymer modilied repair moriar ir;cluding a coat of bonding agent of the same with ceme nt slurry rncluding all rnaterial, labour, tools complete.

(b)1st Coat :- Apply 1st coat of two component acrylic modified, ready to use, llexrble cementitious material on surface saturated dry roof and inside wall of Parapet wall upto 600 mm by brush or roller. After 1st coat of application ,45 gsm oI Fibre glass cloth to lay when the first layer is still green. 1st coat should be applied @1.50 kg/SqmUcoat For the fJUrpose of n'ieasurernent tite entire treated surface will be measured."

(c) :2nd Cr:ai :-T,: apply the 2nd coat of two component acrylic modified, reatiy to-use, flexible cementttious material right angle to the '1st coat over the glass fibre liad surface. 2nd coat should be applied @0.7 kgl Sqrnt/coat. For the pltrpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be rneasurecl."
