Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) n.exc 1.50 sqm each all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc 1.50 sqm but n.exc 4sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and n.exc 2 sqm each.

Taking down Shutters of any description n.exc 1 sq. m each.

Cutting chases pinning in making good for brick walls to facing where required and pointing in cement mortor 1:3 to ends or edges of concealed water tubing and similar work including making good cutting not exc 10CM girth complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down boards of any description and any size as in shelves complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down, easing, adjusting and refixing builders hardware as required including renewal of unserviceable screws etc, and refixing in the same opening after laying of tiles, shutters of any description exceeding 1.0 sq.m but not exceeding 2.0 sq.m each, complete all as specified and directed.

Solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, including making good to jambs with cement mortar 1:4 and finished to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made solid PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rail, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width struck in side with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rails and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in MS frame welded / sealed to the stiles, rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined to gether with solvent cement supplying & fixing in the frame at site complete all as specified and directed.

Pressed steel frames of size 105 x 60mm x 1.25 mm thick for door with one or more rebates, including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc complete all as specified and directed.
