Widening and Strengthening work of Ranchi Ladpur Gaushala Refinery road (ODR) in District Mathura

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m. As per MORT&H Specification No. 301 (3.6).

Construction of Embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. as per MoRT&H clause 305 (3.16) & as directed by Engineer Incharge including all machinery charges & including all labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. (Carted Earth)

Scarifying the existing Bituminious Road Surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material withinn all lifts and lead upto 1000m etc complete as per MoRT&H clause 305.4.3 (3.15) & as directed by Engineer Incharge including all machinery charges & including all labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Providing, laying spreading & compacting of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded (Gr-1) materials, spreading in uniform layers with Motor Grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in placed method with Rotovator at OMC and compacting with in layers with smooth wheeled Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete and including all machinery charges & including all labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. as directed by Engineer Incharge. As per MoRT&H clause 401(b).

Providing, Laying and spreading Material on a prepared sub base, cement @ 4% by weight to the spread Material manually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of base.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. as per MoRT&H Specification 406.

Providing & applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spreading primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg./Sqm. Using machanical means. Before Applying prime coat, the surface will be cleaned with Mechanical broom and water will also be sprinkled with water tanker to keep the surface Moist. The Prime coat will be applied 24 hrsbefore the application of bituminous course including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam 100-120 TPH HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

Providing & applying Tack Coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 Kg./Sqm. on the prepared primed granular/old painted surface, cleaned with Mechanical broom, including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. (For BC)

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grade premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.40% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth Wheeled vibratory & Tandom Rollars to acheive the desired compaction as per MORT&H Specifications clause 509 Complete in all respects.

Construction of Drain, & Hume Pipe Culvert Plain Cement cement concrete in 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate) nominal mix in Foundation and crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size machenically mixed, placed in foundation and compected. As per S.I. No. 12.04

Reinforced Cement Concrete (M-20) in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications Clause 1500, 1700 & 2100: As per SOR Chapter 6 S.I. No.12.08 C Case I

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:. As per DSR S.I. No. 6.1.1

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3) on brickwork in substructure as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 1300 & 2200. As per SOR Chapter 6 S.I. No.13.02

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 on brick work in sub-structure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications Clauses 1300 & 2200. As per SOR Chapter 6 S.I. No 13.03

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. In Foundation and floors. As per S.I. No. 4.1.5

Supply and laying & fixing of 350mm dia NP-3 Hume Pipe in proper alignment, joint filling and slopes etc. Complete as dwawing and technical specification.

Supply and laying & fixing of 600mm dia NP-3 Hume Pipe in proper alignment, joint filling and slopes etc. Complete as dwawing and technical specification.

Supply and laying & fixing of 1000mm dia NP-3 Hume Pipe in proper alignment, joint filling and slopes etc. Complete as dwawing and technical specification.

1 x 3.00 M Span RCC Minor Bridge Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material. As per MORT&H Specification no. 304 (12.1).

Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete (PCC Grade M15 ) in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. As per MORT&H Specification no. 12.8ACase-II

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications. As per MORT&H Specification no. 13.8

Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and Technical Specification. As per MORT&H Specification no. 13.10

Dismantling R.C.C. work manually by mechenical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. As per S.I. no. 15.30

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In mud mortar. As per S.I. no. 15.7.1

Dewaterng of water trenches during excavation, concreting, masonary works upto sub soil/ water level including hire charges of 5 H.P.

Boring with 100 dia casing pipe including lowering & extraction, assembling, loading, unloading & cartage etc (hire charges only).

Diversion Empty Cement Bags of good condition (Plastic) filled with Carted Earth including filling, stiching and stacking at side of filling.

Part-B Maintainance Charge including @ Earth Work, repair of painted surface, Earth Work on patri, Culvert, Road Furniture etc as per Direction of E/I for the period of Five Year from the actual completion of work. including royalty on materials. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.
