Paving the floor with Double charged Vitrified tilesof approvedquality andcolour of size600x600x8mmthickof approvedmake, qualityand colour inall floorsoverabase layerof cementmortar1:3(Onepartof CementandThreepartofPlasteringSand(P-Sand)),20mmthickand laidstraightalignmentandpointedneatlywithcolourcementat therate of 0.40kg/m2 laidwithout anyair gap in the tilesneatlyand fixing in position as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officer. The colour & quality of tiles should be got approved by Municipal Engineer before use on work

Paving theTop of roof with Solar refelective ceramic tiles of size305x 305x7mm thick of approved quality and colour laid inCement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stones and) 12mm thick and pointed with tile grout (NitotileGroutorequivalent)and cement in the ratioof 1:3 for joint ,curing etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of 300 mm Sweep Exhaust fan with stepped electronic 300 W regulator with 1m down rod with fan clamp with side plates and cross arms of size 450 mm.

Wiring with 2x1.5 sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5A F.T switch with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC light point / fan point (For Electronic Regulator) – SD 16
