Note:-General Notes for item No. 1.00 to 22.00:- (i) water proofing treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicator only, necessary approval shall to be taken from GE before commencement of work. (ii) Material required for water proofing treatment shall be procured and kept in site before taking down old tratment, after removing old roof treatment shall be covered with water proof cover till laying new treatment. (iii) Mother slab, shall be made clean and neat by buffing to complete satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster includng disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Disconnecting damaged overhead/terrace PVC water storage tank of any size from water supply line and removing from the terrace including shifting at ground level as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar C:M 1:4 on external wall surfaces in two layers (First coat 10mm thick and second coat 5mm thick ) including mixing of water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement only on top layer of plaster, finished even and smooth. (WPC will be measured and paid separetly). Note : Work shall be excutedupto height G+3 floor, double scoffolding shall be used. Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of above provision.

M&L 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand) on ceiling surface finished with a floating coat of neat cement and thick coat of lime wash on top of ceiling when dry for bearing of RCC slabs and beams

Taking down existing roof treatment of any position with bituminous felt including plaster / loose concrete upto mother slab and removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 100 mtr and not exc 250 mtrs and roughing the surface of old concrete by picking, scraping, cleaning and washing down with water,hacking of cement concrete roof flooring to remove all dust etc all as specified and directed.

M&L Brushing neat cement slurry @ 3 kg per Sqm to roof complete all as directed by Engr-in- charge

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement ; 2 coarse sand : 4 Graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size ) in pavements, roof padding , laid in required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tamping complete

M&L for rendering 12 mm in CM 1:4 over concrete surfaces on RCC roof slab and parapets mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement shall be carried out complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured under separate item of this schedule.

Providing and applying brush applied water based PU dispersed polymer modified elastomeric liquid membrane, ShaliUrethane BTD White Color with Zero VOC to from the membrane in situ at site with 3 layers of monolithic, seam less finish having > 500% elongation. The first layer is to be apply primer Shaliprime BTD @200 Gms per sqm and shall act as the prime coat to fill in the cavities. This can be brush or roller applied. For spray application, using any airless spary system with recommended nozzle size at 30:1 at 2 bar pressure. Providing and applying the 2nd coat @ 1 kg per sqm using the soft brush, roller or Spray system with the recommended nozzle size on to the primed surface . Providing and applying 45 Gsm Fiber cloth over the 1st coat, when substrate till the coat is tacky. Providing and applying 3rd coat @ 1 kg per sqm to finish the application for a thickness of 1.2 mm membrane formed in place. The second coat should be applied perpendicular to the first coat for cross linkage and complete as per the specification. Note:- work shall be executed through Authorised applicator of manufacturers.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes 15 mm nominal dia, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge and Dismantling 15 to 40 mm dia G.I. pipe including stacking of dismantled pipes (within 50 metres lead) as per direction of Engineerin-Charge.
