Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning OfSEMI AUTOMATIC BESAN MILL 0.5 TPH As per Details given in Bid Document

Raw Material Feeding Hopper- • Heavy-duty MS hopper with suitable feeding arrangement; adequate capacity for continuous feeding; provision for controlled feeding to pulveriser.

Bucket Elevator- • Box size minimum 7” × 7”; • cotton/nylon belt; • minimum 4” PVC buckets; • lifting height 8–12 ft or as required by layout; • minimum 2 HP motor; • suitable guards and discharge arrangement; • capacity compatible with 0.5 TPH plant.

Impact Pulveriser- • Heavy-duty impact pulveriser suitable for Besan; • minimum rated output 500 kg/hr. under specified operating conditions; • MS outer body; • suitable grinding chamber; • SS/food-grade product-contact components; • SS hammer/blade as applicable; • suitable screen/mesh for required fineness; • EN8 shaft; • heavy-duty bearings; • cyclone connection; • belt guard; • machine base; • suitable motor and pulley arrangement.

Pneumatic System- • Complete pneumatic conveying system including MS/food-grade suitable pipeline as applicable, cyclone, blower, air-lock, dust collector, cotton filter bags where applicable, stands and clamps. • System shall be adequately sized for 0.5 TPH plant and shall minimize dust emission.

Centrifugal Machine (Heavy Duty)- • Heavy-duty centrifugal/sieving unit suitable for Besan; • MS body and hopper; • Suitable food-contact sieve/mesh; • EN8 shaft; • Screw conveyor/flight where required; • Belt and pulley drive; • Access door and cover; • Output compatible with minimum 0.5 TPH plant

Storage Tank- • Minimum 4000 kg capacity each; • Two tanks; • Steel or equivalent food-grade suitable material; • Suitable inlet/outlet, inspection/access arrangement and discharge control; • Adequate structural support.

Platform- • MS structural platform suitable for complete plant layout; • Approximately 15 ft × 20 ft or as per approved site layout; • Adequate load-bearing capacity; • Staircase, handrail, toe guard and safety arrangement; • Anti-skid flooring/platform surface.

Semi-Automatic Bagging & weighing Machine- • Semi-automatic net/gross weighing type; • weighing range 10–50 kg; • suitable for Besan; • minimum weighing accuracy as per manufacturer standard and not poorer than ±50 g for 50 kg range; • load-cell based weighing; • digital controller/display; • bag clamping and gravity discharge; • suitable for continuous operation.

Electrical Motor- • All motors shall be reputed make or equivalent, IE2/IE3 efficiency where available, suitable for continuous duty and 415 V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz. • Separate motors for: pulveriser, blower, centrifugal unit and elevator as required. • No arbitrary over sizing shall be accepted.
