AME OF KONGANDI LIFT IRRIGATION FOR THE YEAR 2025-26 & 2026-27(MATERIAL & MANPOWER)

Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work (Cement Concrete - xxxx cum, Earthwork - xxxx cum, etc) (80% of peak rate of construction)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

List of Financial Resources with Certificates

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar nature of work such as Operation and maintenance of Lift Head work or Pump house (Consisting of VT pump sets with allied equipments at not less than 20.00m head at 744 rpm coupled with 291 KW 415 volts motors 3 nos, 33 KV / 400 KV substations with at least 5 MVA transformers along with allied equipments.) of value not less than 29.64 lakhs i.e 50% of the amount put to tender during the last 5 years i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25.( The certificate should be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned Division / Equivalent officer and countersigned by the Superintending Engineer of the concerned Circle / next higher officer) (The work done of previous years shall be updated to 2024-25 at 10% per annum)

To qualify for award of this contract each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years Period(2020-21 2021-22 2022-23 2023-24 and 2024-25)Achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover(in all classes of civil & Electrical engineering construction works only) of Rs.59.29 Lakhs(usually not less than the estimated cost under this contract)

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. 18.00Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)

Bidder should have following minimum qualified Engineers Electrical Mechanical Technicians having minimum 5 years experience in operation and maintenance of pumping stations either in water supply irrigation works.Separate staff shall be available for operation and separate staff for minor repairs and maintenance

A valid registration certificate in labour department.
