Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as cover slabs for manhole, septic tank and soak well etc (reinforcement cut as reqiured to faciliate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for POP ceiling by 15mm thick plaster of paris finishing 10mm thick lathing and 5mm thick finishing on ceiling,0.63nominal dia and aperture 1.40mm of wire mesh including dome or one step inside the ceiling design approved by the GE on GI frame work of grid size 605X605mm for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20mm and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermidiate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.20m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermidiate channel with connecting clips across the intermidiate channel at 457mm centre to centre including hangers 6mm dia. GI (up to 1200mm length) adusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long. A triangular design of size 7.5cmX7.5cm is also to be made with plaster of paris along all the walls under cieling at junction point of cieling with wall and applying to the entire cieling and design with two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

M&L 5mm thick PVC Sheet fillet of width 35 mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F coloured PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC Sheet used instead of plain colour sheet inclusive of solvent and fixing at site on PVC frame as per IS specification and drawing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Chagre.

Taking down carefully existing unserviceable copper/ aluminium point wiring of any description & in any position with and including pvc/steel conduit all fitting, accessories & fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, socket, light fittings call bell, lamp holders etc and making good the disturbed surface of walls, floors, ceiling etc to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Old fittings/fixtures/accessories like switch, sockets, lamp holders, regulators light fittings etc found in serviceable condition shall be removed carefully for reuse in the work and shall be paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A’.

Material and labour for point wiring for one light /fan/Exhaust fan point controlled by one switch with using FRSLH1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor, single core, PVC insulated & unsheathed cable, 1100 volts grade in and including concealed PVC conduits /Casing caping (Medium grade) of size not less than 20 mm dia all as directed with sunken type pressed steel terminal box and junction boxes 1.6mm thick of suitable size, duly painted with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of black bituminous paint for mounting fittings and wiring to be terminated in pressed steel sunken boxes with laminated top sheet of 3 mm thick for housing of switchws, sockets, regulators etc including all accessories and using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core conductor, PVC insulated & unsheathed cable as in earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :-(I) The portion of point wiring at ceiling shall be in surface PVC conduit/ casing & caping of suitable size fixed on ceiling surface with using PVC rawl plugs. (ii) Fittings like switches, sockets, regulators, lamp holders, light fittings shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'. (iii) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive for provision of covering sunken boards/terminal boxes / junction boxes of any shape and size with 3mm thick laminated sheet fixed with suitable brass screws and cup washers
