Disconnection and restoration of PNG connection alongwith removal and refixing of PNG meter and necessary pipe line need to be essentially of SMQs wherever renovation/repair being under taken in kitchens complete all as specified and directed. Note :- PNG connection will be disconnected & reconnected by the authorized person of the PNG company and contractor will be fully responsible for any damage if occured during execution and the same will be repair by the contractor without any extra cost and no payment will be paid by the department.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floor and paving n. exc. 15 cm thickness( below or above ground floor) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sunken portion complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cleaning the sunken floor surfaces by wire brushes, brooming, removing dust by dismantling of floor, lime terracing and applying following :- (a) 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 complete mixed inlcuding water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed. (b) Bitumen primer confirming to IS-3384-1965 @ 0.50 Kg Per sqm. (c) Applying a tack coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm confirming to IS - 702-1998 for water proofing membrane. (d) Applying of polymeric water proofing membrane weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm over entire are with overlaps and sealed all as specified directed. (e) Again applying a tack coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over water proofing membrane. (e) Dusting dry sand @ 0.75 Kg Per Sqm over water proofing membrane.

S&F in repair 32 mm dia galvanised iron spout light grade for sunken portion complete all specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet pan (Pedestal pattern) excluding flushing cistern and including P or S trap and flush pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F plastic water closet seat cover white closed pattern with flat bottom and cover incl mild steel chromium plated hinging device complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair PVC flushing cistern, valveless, symphonic action type, 10 Ltr capacity, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including bracket complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster etc on brick wall or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and disposed off unserviceable materials to out side MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:6 on unven surface of brick work or concrete surfaces on wall surface even and smooth without using any extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
