Supply and Fixing of Colored Non Skid ceramic tiles not less than 7 to 8mm thick (Square /rectangular)area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and screed bed or bedding layer in CM1:3, 20mm thick for laying floor finishes.

Material and Labour for Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to ntre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre with Hangers 6 mm dia. Material and Labour Providing and fixing 10mm thick plaster of paris ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) to flat surface with metal frame work and reinforced with G.I. wire mesh (Fillets, metal frame work and G.I. wire mesh paid separately) including for any raised or sunk moulding & Including cornice at corners and applying of neeru finish/putty and one coat of primer and two caots of plastic emulsion complete as directed by EIC. and also making the provisions for electrical fittings etc by cutting the board as approved including preparation of new or previously untreated surface and complete.

Material and Labour for providing cornice to the false ceiling at the corners of 15cm width and apply neeru finish/putty and one coat or primer and two coats of plastic emulsion complete ad directed by EIC. .

Supply and Fixing of Granite 20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as direced by EIC.

Material and Labour for Providing edge moulding for Granite stone of 18-20mm thick stone of counters vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete.
