Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil.

Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.50 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Excavation over areas, not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Excavation over areas, not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5mtr wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc.or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n. exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Returning filling in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated material i.e. soil to a distance exc 250 mtr and n.exc 500 mtr and deposited where directed.

Removal of excavated material i.e. soil to a distance exc 1.50 KM and n.exc 5.0 KM and deposited where directed.

Rolling to formation level in cutting for non expansive soil with power roller of capacity exc 8 tonne & n.exc 12 tonne complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note - Dry Density of 97% of Max Dry density conforming to IS-2720(Part 7) as specified in IRC 37:2012 and minimum soaked CBR value 10% to be achieved to receive subsequent layers of GSB.

M & L for 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base (GSB) of Grade II as per Table 400-1 of MORT&H, IRC specification laid in one layer to achieve compacted thickness 150mm close graded materials spreading uniformly with motor grader on prepared surface, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and vibratory roller with plain drum of pad foot to achive 98% density of modified proctor test as per clause 401 of MORT & H specification (Revision 4) for road & bridge works complete all tools and plant and managing diversion all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 225 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) in single layer as per MORT&H specification, using crusher broken graded stone aggregate laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonnes power roller and vibratory roller complete all as specified and as directed and to fill gaps/voids by fillers as approved by GE.

Preparing WBM/WMM surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with broom and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc by cleaning the WBM/WMM surface with power compressor and applying evenly priming/tack coat with bituminuos primer of VG-10 grade paving bitumen @ 7.5 kg / XSqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 50mm compacted thickness premixed Bituminous Macadam laid, spread using mechanical paver with 4% binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen binder of grade VG - 30 grade by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using power roller of capacity exceeding 8 tonne but not exceeding 12 tonne complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note for Item No.16.0:- (i) The actual binder content for BM used shall be as per optimised content based on Job Mix formula approved by CWE irrespective of whatever indicated in BOQ. (ii) Price adjustment shall be done on MINUS side only @ Rs. 62000/- per MT (without considering the permissible tolerence on minus side) with reference to binder content indicated in BOQ. (iii) No price adjustment for Bitumen shall be done for variation on plus side

M&L for preparing newly laid bitumenous mecadam black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing cake muds etc sweeping with broom & finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loosed dirt etc and aplying a priming/tack coat of paving bitumen VG-10 grade paving bitumen @ 2.5 kg /Xsqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for bituminous premix Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete (SDAC) 40 mm thick consolidated thickness using bitumen grade VG-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix , rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using hot mix plant and mechanical paver & rolling complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for Item No.19:- (i) The actual binder content for SDAC used shall be as per optimised content based on job mix formula approved by CWE irrespective of whatever indicated in BOQ. S & F Cat eye (Road studs), white/red colour reflectors, ABS body 90x110x17mm thick with both side reflectors and fixed with epoxy resin as adhesive on bituminous surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. Makes: Siddhi Vinayak Enterpriss / Road Safety Mark/ 3M / Dark Eye/ Alaxius

M & L for preparation of new or old black top top surface and painting lines,dashes, letters, arrows etc of any width or girth on road pavement and like with 3.0 mm thick thermoplastic Road marking paint white or golden yellow with glass retroreflective beads applied mechanically with thermoplastic applicator machines exc 10cm wide all as per manufacturer instructions and traffic diversion arrangement, if required complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for hardcore of broken stone or boulder exc 63mm and n.exc. 100mm gauge, deposited, spread, levelled in layers n.exc. 15cm thick, and well rammed including watering to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks rubberised with any shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006, 80mm thick, M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment laid over & including 30mm thick stone dust/grit.

M & L providing precast cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 mix, using 20mm graded coarse stone aggregates as in kerb stone block, one side chamfered, setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations filling and mass concrete

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation concrete, mass concrete etc.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 solid block masonry exc 10cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone agg as in coping, on top of wall, bed blocks, lintel band upto 1.5 mtr span and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed by Engr-in-Charge including use of necessary form work.

M&L RCC pipes class NP-3 laid and jointed complete with collars bore of pipe 450mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 duly on brick/concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash on wall all as specified

M & L Providing cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded aggregates as in surface chennel and drain complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 duly on brick/concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Supply,install and erect in true vertical position steel tubular swaged pole 9.0 mtr long complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug ,bolts,nuts & screws as specified conforming to IS-2713 (Part- 1 to 3) 1980, type 410-SP-31 duly painted with red oxide primer and black bituminous paint embeded portion of the pole and with two coats of aluminium paint for exposed portion all as specified and directed. (Note:- Excavation / earth work PCC will be measured and paid separately)

S & F bracket made of GI pipe, 40 mm bore light grade 1.2mtr long, bend to shape with 2 No. of M.S clamp fabricated out of MS flat of size 40 x 5 mm including nut bolt washers etc complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing LED Street light fitting pressure die cast aluminium housing, heat resistant glass,IP65 protection, better optics for uniform distribution of 60 Watt capacity suitable for mounting on 9 mtr single arm swan neck type pole including testing on completion all as specified and directed. Make: Havells Cat Part No. ENDURAPEARLNEOSL60WLED757PASYTOPC or equivalent in makes specified in Appendix 'C'.

Supply, laying, testing, connecting and commissioning under ground cable, LT 1100 volts grade, heavy duty XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, armoured with aluminium stranded conductor complete laid in trenches/fixed to poles/drawn through pipes with suitable size cable glands crimping type cable lugs etc all as specified and directed of size 4 Core 10 Sqmm.

Supply, laying, testing, connecting and commissioning under ground cable, LT 1100 volts grade, heavy duty XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, armoured with aluminium stranded conductor complete laid in trenches/fixed to poles/drawn through pipes with suitable size cable glands crimping type cable lugs etc all as specified and directed of size 3.5 Core 95 Sqmm.

Supply & fix weather proof street light SMC/FRP junction box of size 270x225x135mm including 01 No MCB SPN of capacity 6 amps 'C' curve 240 volts and 04 Nos terminal for loop in & loop out suitable for three phase street light system fixed with street light steel tubular pole using necessary nuts & bolts and connecting up complete, MS clamp fabricated from 25x3mm MS flat iron, nuts bolts and washers etc all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix PVC insulated, round sheathed industrial copper cable 1100 Volts grade, 2.5 sqmm three core including connecting from junction box to street light fitting connector & testing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for GI tubing light grade, 40mm bore including all fittings for protection of cable laid in trenches or fixing to pole or through ducts/road crossing/on wall with suitable size of flat iron clamp complete all as directed.

M & L for GI tubing light grade, 80mm bore incl all fittings for protection of cable laid in trenches or fixing to pole or through ducts/road crossing/on wall with suitable size of flat iron clamp complete all as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr in deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level including connecting GI earth wire 4mm dia by GI nut, bolt, washers all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I of 2009 including funnel for watering, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in pit / chamber, RCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates and 6mm dia mild steel bats at 100mm c/c as in chamber cover, charcoal, salt etc complete including excavation and earth work in any strata, test point and testing on completion including filling up the earth pit with black cotton soil for best result and removal of excavated material from site all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6.0mm thick burried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 m and top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level including connecting GI earth strip 32x6 mm by GI nuts bolts, washers all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I of 2009 including funnel, RCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates and 6mm dia mild steel bars at 100mm c/c as in chamber cover,, charcoal salt etc complete including excavation and earth work in any strata and testing on completion including filling up the earth pit with black cotton soil for best result and removal of excavated material from the site complete. (Note : Rate quoted is inclusive of GI strip upto & including 7.5mtr length and beyond 7.5 mtr shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for galvanised iron strip of size 32 x 6 mm.

M & L for cable jointing kit for 1100 Volt grade, cable for straight through joint, heat shrink type, outdoor type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 4 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 10 Sqmm complete all as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning, weather,dust and vermin proof feeder piller box factory made outdoor type of suitable size to accomodate the following accessories, depth not less than 500mm, IP 54 and all as per IE rules, prewired and fabricated with 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet epoxy powder coated double door with aprons, duly powder coated mounted on MS angle iron frame 50x50x6mm welded in shape with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary grouting in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete with leg 50cm grouted in ground and 40 cm above ground level including connection cable with cable glands,lugs etc and consisting of following:-

Note:- Panel shall be manufactured by the reputed manufacturer in possession of type test certificate by CPRI not older than 3 Years.

Taking out old steel poles/strut any size embeded in concrete upto bottom of foundation including excavation earthwork and RFR making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay old size sub class 'B' bricks well burnt for cable protection laid flat with length equal to width of brick over cable perpendicular to length of cable complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for dry river sand cushioning to under ground cable including,spreading,levelling,hand punning complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting of roads upto 25 cm depth for laying of GI protection pipe of suitable size for cable and making good disturbed surfaces to match the existing after laying of pipe complete all as directed.
