Replacement of old Steel window/Ventilator & Providing Alluminium casement window including roof gradding works) Preparing the RCC surface in roof slab, chajjas, terraces, sunken slabs, septic tank , OH tank, raft slab , walls etc. by thoroughly cleaning with wire brush etc. followed by power washing for ………………… and allowing surface to dry complete as directed at all levels.

Extra over Item No. 22.1.1 for removing and chipping of brick bat corba, tar felt or any other existing protective layer over roof slab etc.

Supplying , mixing , laying and applying the following water profing system over Raft slabs, Roof Slabs , Terraces etc. including curing complete as specified and directed by the Department at all levels. (i) 1mm thick single coat of Master Crete M- 81 of Choksey Chemicals / Dr. Sealkit Sealcrete (Asian Chemicals )/ RHEOMIX 131 of BASF mixed with cement in the ratio 1:2 as a prime coat . (ii) 3mm thick Polymer modified mortar -Cement sand mortar (in prop 1:3) mixed with Master Crete M-81 / Dr. Sealkit Sealcrete (Asian Chemicals )/Rheomix 131 of BASF @ 15% weight of cement. (iii) 1 mm thick coat of Master Crete M-81 / Dr. Sealkit Sealcrete (Asian Chemicals)/ RHEOMIX 131 of BASF mixed with cement in the ratio 1:2 a(B) Using RHEOMIX 131 OF BASE

Extra for providing and mixing normal Plastisizer Master Plast PL-1 of Choksey Chemicals /Dr. Sealkit Normal Plast (Asian Chemicals /RHEOMAC 707 OF basf @ 0.3% by weight of cement in concreting RCC structures as specified and directed by the Department complete at all levels. (ii) In 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement :1 .5 coarse sand : 3 aggregate ) or M-20 grade .

Providing supplying mixing laying 8mm thick cement Plastering in prop 1:6 over RCC surfaces mixed with intergral waterproofing compound like Master Proof IWP-1 of Choksey Chemicals/Dr. Sealkit No. 1 (Asian Chemicals) /Rheomac 707 of BASF @ 0.20% by weight of cement conforming to IS : 2465 as specified and directed by the Department complete.

Dismantling of existing steel windows / steel ventilators/steel windows and steel ventilators with Damaging the walls, removing to a safe place and necessary repairs to the edges of walls.

Demolishing the plastering from walls/RCC and PCC members with out causing any damage to the wall / member upto any height including disposal of debris as directed for all levels.

15 mm thick Cement plaster in single coat on single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to 1st floor level including arises , internal rounded angles, not exceeding 80 mm girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed . A) On rough side A) In cement mortar 1:3

Providing fitting and fixing M.S grill of required pattern for windows / clerestory windows / opening with M.S flats at required spacing in frame all round, squre or round M.S bars with round headed bolts and nuts or screws. I. Plain grill (C) Fixed to Brickwork/P.C.C/R.C.C

Providing fitting and fixing anodised aluminium sliding windows and ventilators of standard sections of approved brand without horizontal glazing bars, joints mitred and welded (manufactured to relevant IS specifications ) and providing and fixing handles angle cleat locking arrangements, screws etc as require complete as specified and directed for all levels. b) 3 Track sliding windows (iv) 5 mm clear glass

Demolishing the plastering from walls/ R.C.C. and P.C.C. members without causing any damage to the wall/ member upto any height including disposal of debris as directed for all levels.

Demolishing CC floors of various thickness including top layer and base course and disposal of debris as directed for all levels.

Dismantling all types of ceiling, partition and wall lining and stacking the materials as directed by the department for all levels

Providing dressed wood work in post, walls,battens, post plate bressumers etc. includingsupplying and fixing with spikes, nails,bolt and nuts of 12mm dia(M.S) and required length etc.complete with kiricide oiling two coats to faces in contact with C.C or masonry (M.S flats, angle cleats and bolt and nuts required for flats,angle cleats wherever use shall be measured and paid separately) (b) With Hollock timber

Providing wood work in frame (chowkaths) of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other similar works wrought, framed and fixed in position in contact with C.C or brick masonry wall including supplying, fitting and fixing with M.S. hold fast (40mmx3mmx250mm) as per design embeded in cement concrete block in proportion 1:2:4 and with two coats of kiricide oiling to the timber faces in contact with C.C and masonry as directed and specified. Providing undressed wood work in roof truss, rafter, purlin, tie and the like including hoisting and fixing in position with necessary spikes, nails including M.S straps with bolt and nuts etc.complete with kiricide oiling two coats to all timber members and two coats of anticorrosive paint to M.S straps (M.S flats, angle cleats, and bolt and nuts required for flat and angle cleats wherever used shall be measured and paid separately) (b) With Hollock/ Sundi/ Sam

Providing and fixing flush door shutters solid core construction with frame of 1st class hard wood with cross band and face veneered ply wood face panels conforming to relevent I.S code including oxidised iron butt hinges (100mm x 75mm x 3.5mm) 6 nos with necessary wood screws. b) Non decorative type and block board core. Providing, fitting and fixing PVC Door shutters of 37mm (single panel seamless finish) of Syntex make, at all levels made of extruded sections in the configuration of 'A'.The overall dimension is 37mm x 90mm, with usual process variation having a wall thickness of 2mm with a variation of +0.03mm provided with all plastic reinforcement to avoid rusting. The shutter frame is mitred and joined ………. x 20mm or less as per requirement with usual process variation having a wall thickness of 1mm +0.03mm.The entire door shutter should be provided with S.S. screws at appropriate places for rust free quality. 65 mm thick cement concrete floor consisting of 50 mm under layer of cement concrete in prop. 1:3:6 (1cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 coarse aggregate of 25mm and down) and 15 mm thick wearing layer in cement concrete in prop. 1:1:2 (1cement :1 coarse sand : 2 coarse aggregate of size 10mm down) laid in panels and finished with a floating coat of neat cement finish (using cement slurry for bond @ 2.75 kg. per square metre of floor area) including curing etc. complete as directed.

25 mm thick cement concrete topping 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 coarse aggregate of 12 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement finish to be laid in panels including curing complete as directed.

Plain cement concrete floor base in prop1:3:6 laid in alternate bays as specified with coarse agg. of size 13mm to 32mm including dewatering if necessary, and curing etc. complete. b) 50mm thick

(a) Removing white or colour wash by steel wire brushing and/ or scraping, sand papering and preparing the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete.

c) Washing and cleaning wall surface with soap, soda and clean water

a) Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface after throughly brooming the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

b) Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.

d) Extra over item no. (b) and (c) above for every subsequent coat of water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufactured.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces over 100mm in girth/width after and including preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt snd other foreign matter , sand papering and knotting. (b). With ready mixed paint , wood primer (white).

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping. (i).Surfaces over 100mm in width or girth. b). High gloss (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac).

Applying primary coat over new steel and other metal surface over 100m in width or girth after preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil,grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes, fine steels, wood scrapers and sand paper. a). With ready mixed "red-lead/ red oxide" primer.

Painting one coat (excluding priming coat) on previously painted steel and other metal surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture(Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter. (i).Surfaces over 100mm in width or girth. b). High gloss (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac).

Cleaning & clearing the inspection chamber which is partly filled with night soil connected to septic tank soak pit with both side soil pipe of length 1.80m manually and disposed off the block by pushing with bamboo kamis as directed by the Department.
