M & L for repair to existing rolling shutters, without ball bearing, spring as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple; erected in position as indicated, complete; push pull or manual type and rewelding, rops, stoppers, oiling, greasing, easying etc including necessary replacement of profile, if required grid channel complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Labour only for removal of any type of paint from any type of surfaces including washing down, brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc., including cleaning of surfaces using chemicals /acids without damaging existing surfaces as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs stainless steel door stopper 75mm to 125mm size with rubber complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs stainless steel door handles 100mm size with necessary fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs stainless steel door handles 150mm size with necessary fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar (1:3) to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : The entire works covered under this contract shall be completed within 06 (Six) Months from the date of commencement as indicated in Work Order No 1. Work Order shall be placed by the GE after receipt of Performance Security from the contractor. Before commencement of work joint inventory shall be prepared and shall be signed by the Engineer-in-Charge and contractor, indicating the details, condition of materials and the quantities existing at site. The site/ buildings for carrying out repairs will be handed over to the Contractor as available at the site and as per user’s requirement. The Contractor will proceed and complete the items of the work within the time period on priority all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
