Earth work in over all areas exceeding in trenches for foundation, draims, pipes, cables etc.(Not exceeding 1.5 Mtr. In width) the like not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5 Mtr. Including disposal of excavated earth up to 1 Mtr. From cutting edge, disposed earth is to be leveled and neatly dressed for all kinds of soil.

Providing & Laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level 1:5:10 mix (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded 40mm stone aggregate nominal size. (Crushed)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roots having slope upto 150 landings, balconies, sheives, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto floor five excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate20mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work in Foundation, footings, bases of column for mass concrete with water proofing ply 12 mm thick.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 granded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curring complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. Complete.

Extra labour endgaged for cutting and clearing the foul mulba at site.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth and curing complete.

Rapair to plaster of thickness 12mm in patches of areas 205sq.meter and under, including cutting the patch in proper shae raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meter lead.

Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters upto 10 meters span and 5 meters height including stacking the material within 50 meters lead of sectional area below 40sqcm.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately): Sal wood.

Providing and fixing 30mm glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4mm thick float panes including ISI marked M.S. Pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. Second class Kail wood.

Providing and fixing PVC panelling of superior quality including all wastages/carriages/labour complete job.

Dispentering with oil bound washable distempering of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (two or more coats) .

Providing and fixing Sanitary/C.P fittings and allied items.
